Unbelievable how efficient and quick this shop was able to turn around a bad situation. Not once…read morebut twice. I will ALWAYS use them over a dealer for my exotic car maintenance considering their staff are trained just as much so if not better than the dealers and they are much more personable then the dealer. First issue was a evap and vacuum line repair in my Lamborghini Urus, they diagnosed the problem and provided all details needed to present the case to the seller to fix. The second time, a fuel pump replacement which would have cost $5k+ from dealer with 3+week lead time while the car sits outside, came out to be nowhere near this cost, literally a fraction of it, and done in a couple days.  BTW this was a massive issue with fuel pump where it was spraying gas under my 10 year old and pooling up...could have caught the whole car on fire and burned my house down, no joke. Set aside the facts, the staff cares and makes the effort to get things done. Their site came up when I searched best audi mechanic las vegas or best lambo mechanic las vegas because I was in a rush, however seeing that they specialize in all european car repairs in las vegas boom, im locked in. I have some brakes to swap out soon on this lambo and Ill be bringing it here. I only wish I knew about them when I had my BMW as this would have saved me a ton on dealer headaches when i was looking for BMW mechanics in las vegas, not to mention best BMW mechanic las vegas reviews which they have, and the BMW dealer doesnt (facts).  If you have an exotic auto, european auto, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini or similar, I recommend going here or you will get jacked around by the dealer. Cameron and his team will tell you how it is, are transparent with the services needed (regardless whether brake service, oil service, fuel pump service, vacuum lines or anything else) as youll know whats involved, parts, and costs.  Thanks guys seriously, imo your the best Lamborghini independent mechanic in las vegas (in other words, best exotic car service in vegas!)

I got the XR Plus which rejects a lot of heat and my car cools off pretty fast in the summer. The installers and receptionist were very nice and the warranty they offered was great. I believe it was a lifetime warranty which in this Las Vegas sun is very welcome. The day I came corporate happened to be reviewing the facility but it seemed like business as usual. They were a little late in the install but they offered an Uber ride to make up for it so it worked out great. Will definitely use them again.

The material is much weaker than the factory 3m clear bra or any similar product. The slightst rock chip turns the whole film white. The claim of self healing is bogus and unly applies to micro swirls. If you show up for an annual inspection and ceramic boost they will turn you away if your vehicle has dirt on it. The manger literally told me it would take him 10 hours and 700$ to wash my car. I had it cleaned down the street in an hour for 75$. These people and their product are not to be trusted. The guy even said he was going to take pics to "refute my review". If they were really concerned about reviews, they would have honored their work.

Anyway, when I was making this trip, I put it on my list to check out Counts Kustoms and Pawn Stars, Saturday morning I looked up Counts Kustoms and found out that they had a FREE museum you could tour. Unfortunately for us, we visited in a weekend day, a Saturday I believe, and the Count himself was not there. We did have the pleasure of meeting his step son, Connor. Meeting Connor brought me to tears! I'll just surmise it to say, I've lost my own son, Connor, to a preventable crash. He was hit by a semi-tractor trailor driver in 2017. One of the main reasons we so desperately wanted to speak with the Count and/or his staff was to inquire about having the staff join us in a custom build in my son's honor. I'm desperately working with our nation's congress to have Connor's Law passed and want to use a customized Camaro to spread the word about my son, Connor's Law, and traffic safety/truck safety on our Nation's highways. The Count's step-son was so amazing to spend so much time with us while we walked around the shop and sincerely inquire about my son and his short life. That truly means so much to both my husband and me! The front office staff also showed genuine care and interest in our reasoning for stopping by. Again, that made my heart happy! All the creations, designs, antiques, and uniques items in the shop truly got my mind spinning with ideas! I cannot wait to speak with the rest of the staff and see if it is a possibility to have them bring our ideas to life! Truly saddened to have missed the Count that day.... But we WILL be back to Vegas, soon! We'll see if we can make an appointment to see him next time!
