I trusted their 'professional diagnosis' and ended up paying a total of $1,118.02 ($345.88 in parts and an excessive $608.68 in labor plus additional fees). ​The car left the shop in the exact same condition. Despite following their suggestion to complete two 100-mile driving cycles, the Check Engine light remains on. ​To make matters worse, I was later referred to another Meineke location where a second diagnosis confirmed that the problem was, in fact, the catalytic converters all along. They essentially ignored my initial request to sell me unnecessary parts. ​I have filed two complaints with customer service and have been completely ignored. I will report them to Better Business Bureau they ripped off alot of customers.
