Called about a slide on my Winnebago that was not working waited three days for his wife to call…read moreback then waited another week for him to show up and without ever getting under the rig told me I needed two new motors, I ordered the motors and waited another nine days for him and his crew to show up. It was very clear to me that neither one of his helpers knew what they were doing. One even asked Tom what is a-cotter Pin? even after the motors were installed the slide work worse than before. He told me he would call the company and get back to me. I waited 11 days for the call then I called the manufacturer myself and within 45 minutes I was able to program level and repair the slide myself, also was told by the manufacturer the motors were probably not bad. I found time to be very rude and uncaring about such a huge mistake. Avoid this one at all cost!

It needed a lot of wires repaired and replaced. I honestly thought it would be costly! I was referred to Tom. BEST REFERENCE EVER! Tom only took two days to get parts and rewired the entire RV. Labor and parts were Very reasonably priced. I was able to make it Southern FL. in time to see my day and drive him to the beach in my new RV. It was truly a dream come true for him. I'd like to thank Tom again for making that moment possible.. I would refer everyone in or near Minneapolis to get with Tom. he's definitely my go to.

I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings. I responded to a social media…read moreadvertisement from Naples Ceramic Coatings that promoted window tinting AND automotive detailing. I needed both. Before calling, I visited their website, which clearly states they offer both services. I requested a quote to tint my 2022 Navigator and detail my 2016 Mercedes GL450 from Nichole, who was very pleasant, and transferred me to another employee, Miya, for a quote. Miya acknowledged that Nichole had already noted I had two vehicles needing service. However, when I began describing the work needed, she interrupted to tell me they do not detail vehicles for new customers. I politely ended the call, apologized for the misunderstanding and wasting her time, and wished her a great day. A few moments later, Miya called back to criticize me for ending the conversation--even though she had just told me they would not provide the services I requested. Her call back was an unexpectedly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Afterward, I went back to confirm their website and the ad I received both advertise detailing services for the public. It would be helpful if staff were aligned with what the company markets, so customers aren't misled or treated poorly for inquiring about the very services they promote. Based on this experience, I won't be using or recommending Naples Ceramic Coatings.

What a well run organization, I must admit. Having owned an independent shop like this many years…read moreago I pay attention to things done right, and this ranks up there. The facility is well laid out and inviting. Check. Staff knowledgeable. Check. Loaner cars available when booked in advance. Check. Like every repair shop you'll ever work with you drop off for something specific and their job is to find work; more work means revenue. We all get that, but a difference here. They'll tell you what they found/saw and suggest that at some point in the not-too-distant future you'll want to remind them to look again. A soft-sell that works!! Kudos. Took care of two of our cars and definitely going back.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues…read morewith my vehicle and the way my case has been handled by both your service department and the insurance claim process. I initially brought my vehicle to your service center due to a "Restricted Performance" warning light and noticeable shaking while driving. Despite having the car for over a week, the only test driving conducted was reportedly "around the block," and I was told the issue could not be replicated. Nevertheless, I was presented with a list of $6,600 in unrelated repairs, for which I paid $2,400 out of pocket after my insurance covered a portion. Shortly after retrieving the car, the same warning light came back on immediately, and the shaking persisted -- clearly indicating that the original issue had not been addressed at all. When I returned the vehicle, I was told the matter would be resolved, but instead, a second insurance claim was filed, and I was forced to pay an additional $200 deductible, even though the issue was the exact same one that prompted the original service visit. This appears to be a clear mishandling of the diagnostic process and possibly an abuse of the insurance claim system. This situation is unacceptable. At minimum, I am requesting the following: 1. A refund of the $200 deductible paid for the second claim, as the issue was never resolved from the first. 2. A thorough explanation of why the original problem was not properly addressed or diagnosed, despite the time the vehicle was in your possession. 3. Assurance that the vehicle will be repaired correctly without any further out-of-pocket expense on my part. 4. If not resolved satisfactorily, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (which handles auto repair disputes) and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for a possible insurance claim abuse investigation. I expect a timely and professional resolution. Please respond within 10 business days to avoid further escalation. This situation raises a few red flags: * Poor diagnostic procedure -- A quick drive around the block isn't enough for intermittent or performance-related issues, especially with modern vehicles. * Potential insurance mishandling -- Filing a second claim and requiring another deductible for the same issue sounds questionable, especially if it's a continuation of the first claim. * Lack of accountability -- They didn't take responsibility for failing to address the core issue in the first place.

Highly recommend this company for your auto detailing needs. The price was better than…read morecompetitors, as well as the detailing vendor used by our community. Both my husband and my car needed some cleaning since the interior of our car had sand from the beach, and grass from golf bags. Plus it is hard to find brushless car cleaners in the area. This vendor has multiple level of detailing and prices varied accordingly. We opted for the basic silver detail since we had no experience with this vendor and none of our friends have used them. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience and the service was above and beyond what I had expected, especially for the price. Scheduling was easy - online website. You select your service, the time you want, and then specifics of your car. You get an email confirmation, and multiple reminders of your appointment. 2 men (Drew and his assistant) arrived on time, and had given ample notice that they were on their way. They asked what specific areas we wanted to concentrate on and then spent a couple hours cleaning both the inside and outside of our cars including our mats and seat covers. The cleaning was thorough. Since it was really hot outside - they had problems with cleaning the window of my Mercedes. He needed to buff it and apply some type of polish but the car needed to be cooler. Surprisingly he offered to come back for free a few days later when my car was cool. He texted me when he was coming back and even gave me microfiber cloth to use in the future so I don't scratch the glass and/or car paint. Very Pleased with our service and HIGHLY recommend. Highly professional interaction with Drew and his assistant.

I spent more money than I have ever spent before on a detail. When I got the car back it was shining so much I thought I was gonna need my sunglasses!I have never seen my car shine as much as it does now, it's incredible!
