Sent their guy out and before I was provided an estimate, OR show me what they would be doing, he cut my gas line told me that my Airstream original tanks were bad and needed replaced (which I knew was a lie as they were just recertified). Even had some kind of funky off colored foam supposedly coming out of the tank which was a setup. Then you tried to get them to come out to finish the job and or discuss the estimate with you they don't call back they, don't email back, they don't anything back, so I would never ever ever suggest this company. Obviously scammer that comes and gets $150 and are good with that and then you're stuck. Can't imagine a local company would want this kind of reputation, sad, sad, sad. Probably should have reviewed their pages but hindsight. They only have two compliments out of the years of service they been in. Pretty sure it's probably their friends. It needed a lot of wires repaired and replaced. I honestly thought it would be costly! I was referred to Tom. BEST REFERENCE EVER! Tom only took two days to get parts and rewired the entire RV. Labor and parts were Very reasonably priced. I was able to make it Southern FL. in time to see my day and drive him to the beach in my new RV. It was truly a dream come true for him. Called about a slide on my Winnebago that was not working waited three days for his wife to call…read moreback then waited another week for him to show up and without ever getting under the rig told me I needed two new motors, I ordered the motors and waited another nine days for him and his crew to show up. It was very clear to me that neither one of his helpers knew what they were doing. One even asked Tom what is a-cotter Pin? even after the motors were installed the slide work worse than before. He told me he would call the company and get back to me. I waited 11 days for the call then I called the manufacturer myself and within 45 minutes I was able to program level and repair the slide myself, also was told by the manufacturer the motors were probably not bad. I found time to be very rude and uncaring about such a huge mistake. Avoid this one at all cost!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Naples!…read more I've had the pleasure of living at the Neapolitan RV Resort for over a year, and I can say with complete sincerity--it's one of the best-kept properties I've ever experienced. The grounds are always immaculate. Even after a recent hurricane, the management team responded immediately. They were out clearing palm debris within hours and had the landscaping crew on-site without delay. In no time, the park looked pristine again--aside from a few puddles, you'd never have known a storm had passed through. The amenities are just as impressive. The swimming pool is always spotless, perfectly heated in the winter, and refreshingly cool during the summer. The RV sites are level, well-landscaped, and surrounded by palm trees that give the whole park a true tropical feel. During the winter season, the community really comes alive with events at the clubhouse--live music, social gatherings, and a genuine sense of camaraderie. The guests who stay here are wonderful people from all over, just looking to enjoy life in this beautiful city. Location-wise, it doesn't get more convenient. The park sits right off Tamiami Trail East, directly across from a brand-new Denny's, an excellent authentic Mexican restaurant, and a Publix (with a liquor store). Also within walking distance are several other eateries--Chinese, Japanese, Greek, and a cozy little Mediterranean spot. There's emergency dental care nearby, a veterinary clinic, auto parts stores, and repair shops just up the road. When you head further into Naples, you'll find every type of food imaginable--fresh seafood, Italian, Brazilian, Cuban--you name it. Around 5th Avenue, you can walk from restaurant to restaurant enjoying some of the finest dining in Southwest Florida. Then when you return to the park, you can relax by the pool, play a game of billiards or table tennis in the clubhouse, or just unwind beneath the palm trees. You will not be disappointed. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the people who run it. The on-site managers, Dave and Lynn, are attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making your stay enjoyable. We are not campers, this was our first RV experience and Everyone, from management to neighbor were so helpful and cheerful and made us feel so welcome! ( and not stupid!) The place is CLEAN: the landscaping is kept up with planted flowers, the clubhouse is meticulously maintained along with the laundry facilities . They have a nice kitchen in the clubhouse that is used for parties and game nights. The pool is heated and has PLENTY of loungers and tables with umbrellas and a shade area. The Cove provides a yoga class, a water exercise class 2 x a week, and a time for gathering 2 mornings a week for a coffee and bagel time. There were dances and dinners for the holidays with amazing bands. Many of the RVers would arrange different outings to restaurants, boat trips, mini golf and beach days and we always felt welcome if we attended and no hard feelings if we didn't. There were game nights for the ladies and bags( corn hole) and poker nights for the guys. We had singles in all our events that never felt left out. And what a great location- many RVers had electric bikes and would take them all the way down town- beating the traffic many days! Lots of shopping within walking distance, so many restaurants. We found a wonderful church, Christ is King, 8 min away! Wanda and Lawrence are dedicated to the Park and the People! This is usually my first choice for boat parts and supplies. The prices are as good as on line. The store is fairly clean and organized. During the past 7 years they had most every thing I requested I did have to go to West Marine for a few things that they didn't carry. In general they have a good supply but the main store in N Ft. Myers has more product and they could have it transferred next day. They have, manuals, radios, bilge pumps, rigging parts, cleaning supplies, anchors, lights, switches, gauges, fuel filters, gas tanks, engine and Trailer parts. Customer service and parking in the lot is usually very good.

However, they failed to register the new ac unit, did not put the 8 screws on the cover to secure to the top of the RV - it blew off in high winds and landed on the ground. They broke the covers for the ac vent, said they would replace them and Eddie refused told me to buy them myself. They replaced the LP sensor bought the wrong one, installed the sensor, the cover didn't fit. Failed to leave the cover, said they would order a new cover. Eddie refused, telling me to order a entire new sensor that will fit. They cut a hole in the coraplast on the bottom of my RV securing only w duct tape, said they would fix when they returned. Eddie said I would have to pay for them to return to fix all of the items they either broke, failed to fix, improperly fix and had already been paid for by the warranty company. He is refusing to repond to any communication. I told him I would have it fixed, he can send me the money to repair, there has been no response from him.

I asked if he would be willing to work with me a little since it's a decent size bill. His response was," Why would I even work with you in that respect?" The situation has very little to do with whether the bill was reduced. It's the response I received when I asked. How would he react if I needed to have the work checked after 5k miles? Would his response be ," The job is done why would I even work with you on that?" I'm happily taking my business to another shop and he just lost a customer for life before he even had one.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues…read morewith my vehicle and the way my case has been handled by both your service department and the insurance claim process. I initially brought my vehicle to your service center due to a "Restricted Performance" warning light and noticeable shaking while driving. Despite having the car for over a week, the only test driving conducted was reportedly "around the block," and I was told the issue could not be replicated. Nevertheless, I was presented with a list of $6,600 in unrelated repairs, for which I paid $2,400 out of pocket after my insurance covered a portion. Shortly after retrieving the car, the same warning light came back on immediately, and the shaking persisted -- clearly indicating that the original issue had not been addressed at all. When I returned the vehicle, I was told the matter would be resolved, but instead, a second insurance claim was filed, and I was forced to pay an additional $200 deductible, even though the issue was the exact same one that prompted the original service visit. This appears to be a clear mishandling of the diagnostic process and possibly an abuse of the insurance claim system. This situation is unacceptable. At minimum, I am requesting the following: 1. A refund of the $200 deductible paid for the second claim, as the issue was never resolved from the first. 2. A thorough explanation of why the original problem was not properly addressed or diagnosed, despite the time the vehicle was in your possession. 3. Assurance that the vehicle will be repaired correctly without any further out-of-pocket expense on my part. 4. If not resolved satisfactorily, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (which handles auto repair disputes) and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for a possible insurance claim abuse investigation. I expect a timely and professional resolution. Please respond within 10 business days to avoid further escalation. This situation raises a few red flags: * Poor diagnostic procedure -- A quick drive around the block isn't enough for intermittent or performance-related issues, especially with modern vehicles. * Potential insurance mishandling -- Filing a second claim and requiring another deductible for the same issue sounds questionable, especially if it's a continuation of the first claim. * Lack of accountability -- They didn't take responsibility for failing to address the core issue in the first place.

We slowly crawled to exit 101 and Dexter immediately took our call once we were able to safely use the phone from the side of the road. We called at 5 10 pm. It is now 6:12 pm and we are already back on I275 headed back to St Pete. Its unbelievable how nice, kind, fast and caring these people were to us. Just when you think the whole world is a mess, suddenly beautiful people emerge out of nowhere and restore your faith in humanity. I dropped my 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 dually back in April with transmission problems. They recommend a…read moreMonster Transmission custom built better than the factory transmission I gave them $10,000 deposit on May 8th 2022. They said they ordered the transmission. I have been asking for updates and have had no response. Even calling Monster myself. I finally picked up my truck on June 27th. The manager said that they were going out of business. My transmission was never ordered and they would get me a check for a refund. Not holding my breath, but I will be back Friday the 30th. and let you know what happens. I have contacted my attorney.
