Now, I can't use the Lvble app to pay 1/2 at a time, they want me to either send a $10 certified check or send it through Zelle (full rent) and then they'll charge me $8 every month for sending it through Zelle. Wow! I wish I could give a rating of more than 5 Stars... Truly just had the best ever experience…read moreselling real estate and it was all because of Sonya Dietsch and her team at Top Saving Realty! My senior mom, who lives in WA, had land in FL she has been wanting to sell for years now, but every person that reached out to her either wanted to charge her to list the lot or offered barely more than she paid for it in the 70's or had some crazy $100K offer. Total insanity and scammers seemed to be crawling out of the woodwork! I found Sonya via her excellent reviews and after some grilling questions I quickly realized this lady had her act together and her company is nothing short of TOP TIER! From over 3,600 miles away she handled every aspect, every question, every negotiation, and every concern with compassion and professionalism. She set the price for the lot my mom was selling and got us more than we thought we would get. And the sale all happened in probably 3 weeks, in total, from the offer to funds disbursement! Escrow was a breeze, signing was painless from WA, and a wire transfer of proceeds topped off this happy experience. Her marketing plan was flawless and while we didn't connect with her investor community contacts, we had an offer within a day of the listing going live in the MLS! You want someone who will work her tail off and is backed by select professionals in this business - choose Sonya and Top Saving Realty. I inially called TCC because I thought they did property management…read more Hannah Ruddy, Office Manager - Broker's Assistant, took my call. Now, mind you? Hurricane Ian was on its way into town. Think she might've had a lot on her plate? Me too. And yet, she took the time to listen patiently to my needs - even asking a few questions to clarify certain points - prior to letting me know her company no longer provided management services. You're wondering why she would do that, right? I mean, why just not tell me that wasn't what they did and wish me good luck? That's what every other company did. But, nope, I had come upon a real professional and, beyond that, a kind human being. Hannah gave me the name and number of a top-notch property management company and even sent me a follow up email regarding the referral. She also personally called the property management company and sent them an email as well. Talk about customer service! "Please let me know how it goes, Robin. I'm here for you." Read that sentence again and realize this woman wasn't getting a sale or commission of any kind. Let that sink in. As things would have it, the initial referral didn't go as planned. Once again, I phoned Hannah. Once again Hannah patiently took the call despite Ian being on her doorstep at that point. Hannah researched other options for me while she was AT HOME DURING A HURRICANE. I mean, it's ridiculous. But she felt that much of a need to make sure we were okay. I know, I know, I'm shaking my head as well. A second conversation between her and another property manager. A second phone conversation with me. More emails. The whole level of human kindness is beyond. When was the last time YOU got that level of service anywhere? And, remember, the woman wasn't even getting paid. Are you kidding me??? We're good to go with this second property management company all due to Hannah. It's the best fit for us right now, given the economy. But hear me loud and clear - if we decide to sell this home after the rental is up next year, there will be no other Realtors to get our business than TCC. NONE. These are the type of people you want working with you. Decent. Kind. Professional. You're in good hands with these folks, folks. Look no further.

Repeated A/C Failures and a Broken Maintenance Structure…read more Realty Medics arranged a new A/C installation in 2020. Since then, the system has failed at least six times. This was not an isolated incident--it became the norm. Realty Medics charged $1,050 for an evaporator coil cleaning, yet the A/C failed again within a few weeks. A new property manager later found a contractor quoting $795 for the same work. The deeper problem is structural: all maintenance is routed through Realty Medics' internal process, while the original contractor's information is not disclosed. In my experience, this resulted in repeated failures, higher charges, and no lasting solution. Property owners should have access to vendor information, warranty records, itemized invoices, and independent estimates.
