Doug came out right away and won our business ahead of 3 other contractors that we called. I then messaged Doug on the Yelp platform and he responded within an hour. Ironically, right after he responded, one of the two I had text referred me to Doug. Yesterday he came out, gave me an estimate and today completed the work. The pool cut off a water pipe to my flower bed so Doug installed an automatic watering system, programmed it, showed me how to download and use the app to control it. He then was supposed to reroute two lines, but found three and set it up so that I have two drip lines and can add two more. He also showed me how they all functioned. I love giving business to hard working small business owners and Doug was incredible. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Our lawn & home look so much better thanks to Synlawn! They added a mulch of bark on the area where the turf meets the flowerbed. We added our gravel as we don't want the strays using the flowerbed as a toilet. Synlawn evened out our drip lines, emitters & capped off the sprinklers. I didn't want my husband out in the blistering heat mowing with his heart issues. We recommend 210%. Synlawn exceeded our expectations. Synlawn is the best on all levels. The samples are beneficial (look at them in sunlight). We picked Syn Blu#745. It has varying shades of brown in it, so it looks natural (not like a dog leaving a mark). Synlawn is passionate about the products they provide with precision. Synlawn doesn't push for a sale or make one uncomfortable; they listen for real. Synlawn is into helping the planet with a lower carbon footprint. This means they are keenly aware of the water shortage in the state of California. I believe the end goal for Synlawn is to give back to the community the best they can while setting the groundwork for future generations to enjoy. A rep will help you make an informed decision at a fair price. Family-run and operated with attention to detail. Synlawn is the best on every level. Blaine came to our home on March 10, 2025. I told Blaine that I didn't want the color or texture that a couple of neighbors have nearby. He chuckled when he looked. Blaine answered our questions, and it fit into our budget. I was so excited that I had to call someone to announce my message. Karla listened to my excitement with childlike sounds included. "We're getting a new lawn. Getting a new lawn!" Now I laugh when I see the water bill.

My experience with this company never even reached the installation stage. The problems began…read moreimmediately after I signed the contract and provided my payment information. From the start, there was a complete lack of professional communication. No one ever called me. All communication was conducted through text messages, often lengthy and confusing. I was instructed to send photos of my fence and informed when the utility flags were placement along the fence line. Throughout the following week, I repeatedly received messages asking whether the flags had arrived and requesting photos of them in place. Each time, I explained that I had not received anything. In an effort to keep the project moving, I even offered to purchase the flags myself from a local Lowe's. They quickly agreed, at which point they finally admitted that they had never received confirmation from their own internal team that the flags had been shipped in the first place. The company then scheduled an installation date, only to change. Based on the original date they provided, I had already arranged time off from work. To make matters worse, the representative I was communicating with told me that I did not need as much time off because the project would only take one day. At the same time, they revealed that the utility appointment had never even been scheduled because the request was still sitting in a queue. This cause the project to be delayed even longer. It became increasingly clear that there was a serious breakdown in communication within the company. One department appeared to have no knowledge of what another was doing, leaving me to uncover mistakes and delays that should have been managed internally. All of these issues occurred within a span of approximately two weeks. After repeated miscommunication, scheduling changes, missed steps, and an inability to provide a reliable installation date, I lost confidence in the company's ability to complete the project. As a result, I ultimately canceled the job. This experience reflected a lack of organization, communication, and accountability from the very beginning. Based on my experience, I could not justify moving forward with the project.
