The office lacked professionalism and I was overall made to feel very uncomfortable, not the kind of feeling you want from an office that performs cosmetic procedures. I recently moved to the area and I saw an amazing nurse in Orange County who was highly skilled with injections and had such a kind and friendly staff. The women at the front desk were not friendly at all and overall made me feel very unwelcome. Granted I am the type who gets a little nervous when it comes to getting cosmetic procedures so if someone is short and abrupt I feel very unsettled. OMG! I had my very first laser hair removal treatment today and am so happy I finally got enough nerve to do it! I was having major anxiety just thinking about it. Even though they told me it was quick and relatively painless all I could think of was the pain I was going to have. Boy was I wrong! I had my upper lip, arm pits and bikini area done in about 5 minutes total! The upper lip was completely painless. I could feel a little zap in the arm pits but nothing cringeworthy and the bikini area was the worst and by the worst I mean totally tolerable! Dr W gave me his cell phone number in case I needed to reach him after surgery which I did when I had an allergic reaction to something. Hello, I'm Michelle and I'm a Registered Nurse. I sought Dr. Kim's help to remove my breast implants and repair an anchor lift from a previous plastic surgeon. I had scarring around my areoles that was aesthetically unpleasing. In my view, I was too large with the implants and just wanted to go back to my natural size. Dr. Kim was very thorough, answered all my questions, and she didn't treat me like I was a dollar sign. There wasn't a long wait to get an appointment, and I didn't have to wait too long for the surgery itself. I had the surgery, and I'm SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! It's like night and day!! The new anchor scar is significantly reduced in appearance and less noticeable to unnoticeable around my areoles where I had the most scarring. The rest of the anchor scar is better as well.
