The scope of the project was a planned remodeling of my master bedroom and master retreat which included new flooring throughout, new lighting fixtures, painting, and installation of a new electric linear fireplace. I was impressed by Sam on our initial phone communications- he was extremely professional and offered many suggestions that we ultimately included in the final project. After we signed the contract, he started work on the exact day that he had promised, and he and his team worked every day until it was completed. They actually finished a bit earlier than stated on the contract! Each of Sam's workers were very respectful of my property, and always left the work area very clean. Throughout the process, Sam showed a particular attention to detail that I truly appreciated. He has a good eye for color, and helped me to pick out colors for my walls, flooring and fireplace tile that really complement each other. Sam and his team constructed a wall length framing for the fireplace that truly exceeded my expectations. The finished product is simply breathtaking! Sam and his team will be returning after the holidays for the 2nd phase of the project, which will transform the master retreat into a custom designed walk in closet. I am certainly looking forward to working with Sam again!

October 2022 Brookdale was soliciting business in our development. Our old driveway was bad, so I…read morefigured why not replace it. I know nothing about the cost of replacing, so he quoted me a price, then kept reducing. Agreed on price, said 7 year warranty, wrote contract. Day of work to be done, and that's where troubles started. First, the new driveway wasn't straight and called his crew back, which none doesn't understand one word of English did a sloppy patch job on left and placed asphalt over the grass which is now popping through and crumbling the edges. Talking with some neighbors and they also have some displeasure and learned I was overcharged for a single cookie cutter driveway. I paid the same price my neighbors did who had double wide driveway. I called and spoke with Tommy from Brookdale in May, and he said to call in August for warranty repair for September. Now, October, I tried calling and contacting them many times with no response. They are not answering calls, emails undeliverable, and no website operational. Unable to make contact at all. These guys are crooks, they take your money and never return. Sell you promises and dont delver such as a 7 year useless warranty. Feed you a line of BS, take your cash and run. Also our town requires a permit for soliciting which they did not have abd were in violation. Wasted time and money. Avoid them at all costs.
