Advanced Heating and Cooling is a company of true professionals who take great pride in their trade and treat each service or home as if it were their own. They are extremely courteous, clean, and very quick and efficient. I recently heard their add on the radio recommending attic fan installation to increase air flow and efficiency in attics and crawl spaces. Our home's 2nd level had historically been hot during the summer and cold in the winter due to in adequate air flow either naturally or through our ducted system. Rather than an incredibly expensive remodel or reconstruction, they installed an attic fan that COMPLETLEY solved the problem and the difference was immediately noticeable during this very hot summer. They responded at a moments notice on the first VERY HOT Saturday evening and brought us some relief while the team and equipment could be scheduled the following week. Jacob Woodel is a true professional and was very pleasant while performing the resolution on a very hot and late Saturday evening. THANK YOU JACOB!!!!! During the equipment replacement and installation, they were able to complete the entire project in just a couple of hours. They all were very courteous, pleasant, and clean. Make Advanced Heating and Cooling your first call for HVAC needs. We also HIGHLY recommend the attic fan option. read more

I called Advanced this morning because our furnace could not keep up with the December temperatures, and our house was COLD. I was worried that our 12 year-old furnace finally needed replaced. I was relieved to be told someone could come today between 4 & 6 PM. By 2:30 I was offered an earlier slot and gladly accepted. Apollo arrived soon after the call and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a simple problem with our furnace. I know nothing about HVAC stuff and could have easily been convinced that we needed to purchase a whole new furnace or have an expensive repair done. Instead my furnace was fixed in about 25 minutes and all I paid for was a tune up. Apollo was very friendly, and even took the time to show me how to fix the simple problem on my own next time! I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be using these guys for future tune-ups and repairs. read more

I contacted Advanced Heating & Cooling to perform a winter 25 point checkup of our two furnaces. I was offered a variety of times and dates for my appointment by a very friendly lady on the phone. I was told that the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. The morning of my appointment, Apollo (my service tech), called me to let me know that he would be arriving in approx. 30 minutes. He arrived on time, introduced himself and listened to my concerns. He promptly began performing all the duties of the safety check as well as changing my filters (which the past HVAC company DID NOT do). He diagnosed what my problem was and corrected it and then checked to make sure that everything was working properly. Apollo was great!! Not only will I call them for my spring checkup, but would be happy to refer them to anyone wanting an honest, reasonable HVAC company. read more

Couldn't be happier or have a better set of guys helping me out in giving me the 25 point furnace check up than Alex G. and Steven. From meeting these two guys at my front door, I had a feeling they'd do everything they could to make sure my furnace kept up in good shape. Alex found out that my dual-stage furnace had only been used in a single-stage capacity, so he asked if I wanted to adjust the settings for a more energy efficient and cost saving option. He explained the differences between the two and it wasn't a hard decision at all for me, but I really do appreciate that he took the time to ask me about it, knowing it was in my best interest to know. Anyway, just want to say that I recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling, and really appreciate the work that Alex and Steven put in for me. Thank you! read more

If their service is anything like their driving, I wouldn't do business with them. The driver of a Ram 1500 with advanced heating and cooling--clearly a company vehicle--was out there driving like they owned the road. Cruising under 70 in the fast lane with no one ahead, then crossing double lines to jump into the express lane, probably without a Fast Pass, still under the limit. When others tried to pass, they blocked them, then cut them off hard with no signal. That's not just reckless--it's dangerous. When you're behind the wheel of a company vehicle, you're representing more than yourself. This kind of behavior causes accidents. People die because of stuff like this. Families don't get their loved ones back. That's real--and it's not something to take lightly. read more

I have had nothing but good service with Advanced Heating and Cooling. Starting with the salesman one year ago who did a great offer that worked within my budget to specifically James and Apollo who have come out and either serviced the equipment or have fixed a few things here and there that needed to be done. I've also been happy with the front help that corrected something on my warranty papers in a very timely manner and honored what they should have as a company. They've done great work and they have always been timely and polite. I just signed on to continue a service agreement and plan to keep them for my maintenance of my equipment for years to come I'm hoping. read more

Woke up Wednesday morning and our house was cold. I run a preschool from my house, and so of course I was worried. My handsome hubby did what he could, but after an hour, knew he was out of his league. We called Advanced Heating and Air. The call was answered promptly, and the gal was pleasant and efficient. She said she could have someone out between 9-1. Within a few minutes, I got a call from Apollo. He said he'd be there in 10 minutes! Wow! He came in, diagnosed the problem, located the part, picked it up, installed it and had us up and running by 9:45! I super impressed and super thankful. Great job all the way around!! read more

I was contacted by Advanced to renew my service contract. I gladly made an appointment with them. To my surprise, Apollo came to service my A/C and check things out and put a new filter in my furnace. I have been dealing with this company for a few years now and have had nothing short of excellent service. I applaud Advanced for hiring such nice and knowledgeable people to work for them and for this company being one that their people love working for. I have had Apollo to my home before and he is a very personable and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Thank you Advanced for your service to our community Penni Hale Boise, Idaho read more

Great company!! Great job on my furnace/AC. Knowledgeable technicians always keep my heating/air system in tip top shape. Efficient. Paperwork is always in order. Always arrive in a timely manner when they say they will. Office staff is always courteous and well informed. REALLY appreciate the professional demeanor of the technicians and especially their personal standard of hygiene. Nothing worse than having to admit a service rep into your personal space (Home or Car) whose essence leaves behind more than an invoice and clean furnace filter. Thank you, Apollo!!! read more

Had to call the gas company tonight to check a leak and they turned the gas to my home off. Called Advanced Heating at 8PM and left a voice message. Apollo Peltier returned my call less than 3 minutes later and was at my home in less than a half hour. He checked the furnace and got everything up and running ... including my hot water heater that the gas company inadvertently shut off. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There is no doubt that I would ever call a different company to service my heating and air conditioning unit. read more

We shopped around to find comparable bids. We decided to go with Advanced because our son in law had done business with them. So glad we did. They installed a new York heating and cooling unit in our house and we could not be happier with the service. There was a little problem with the heater. We called and these guys were awesome . You know how sometimes the problem does not occur when the tech shows up, that happened to us twice. The third time was the charm, never did they doubt what i was telling them. Give them your business. read more

I called after 8pm on a Friday night because my furnace wasn't blowing hot air. I left a message, thinking I might get a call back on Saturday. Instead, just a few minutes later I received a call, and 30 minutes after that Apollo the serviceman was at my door. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it for a fair price. He was gone before 10 pm. I got fast service from a knowledgeable serviceman. Thank you Apollo and Advanced Heating. read more

Recently purchased newer home in Meridian and did have any contacts for service of HVAC. Called Advanced and easily made appointment. Even though the person originally scheduled to service my unit had an emergency Apollo was sent to over after he finished his last customer but still within my original time frame. Work was performed quickly, efficiently and with no mess. Apollo was professional and polite. Very happy experience. read more

Advanced H&C are top notch! Their srvc tech Alex Guerrero did such a great job on my furnace Feb 14, 2018, that I called them to do a service and repair on one of my listings. Apollo Peltier went above and beyond! I called a few different companies to compare pricing and AH&C were the best. Plus their customer service is above all other companies. Highly recommend this team of rock stars! Thank you!!! read more

Apollo has been out to work on our furnace / AC a couple times now. Very courteous and professional. Have been very happy with the service and plan to continue using them. Signed up for their maintenance program, with the first service today. Apollo completed the service including some warranty work he discovered during the visit. Feel very confident in their work and this company. read more

Fair, honest, knowledgeable, respectful, prompt, and just a great experience. John made the right recommendation that made sense long term instead of a quick and expensive fix. Americool solved the problem fast during a heat wave when it seemed the entire Valley had breaking A/C units. I will be recommending Americool whenever I can and will absolutely call them first next time! read more

It was easy to schedule the appointment on a day that worked for me (for a routine AC tune-up), Advanced honored the discounted price even though it had technically expired by the date of my appointment (because I couldn't schedule sooner due to travel), and their tech Apollo was prompt, efficient, very personable, and clearly knew his job. I will be calling Advanced again. read more
