Hayden did a great job with the HVAC issues we had.. very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

I would strongly recommend staying away from Advanced Heating & Air. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The initial repair quote was $7,800, but after discussions it dropped to around $2,000. That dramatic price difference immediately made me question whether I was being charged fairly. During the process, I also believe information provided to my home warranty company was misleading in an attempt to increase the amount they would pay. After I paid for the repair, the technicians installed two major parts that were incorrect and not up to code, which later had to be replaced. No homeowner should have to pay for repairs that aren't done correctly the first time. To make matters worse, the system stopped working again just two days later. Despite the outside temperature exceeding 95°F, I was left without air conditioning for three days before anyone came back out. Being without AC in that kind of heat is unacceptable, especially after spending thousands of dollars on a repair that should have solved the problem. Between the questionable pricing, the poor workmanship, the code issues, and the lack of urgency after the repair failed, I have completely lost confidence in this company. If you're considering Advanced Heating & Air, I would encourage you to get multiple opinions and estimates before committing. I certainly wish I had. They have my number and if they want to make it right they have my contact information and can reach me. I will update if they attempt. read more

Didn't address the issue. Call back to ask for service on my unit. Stated I should call about a recall work order. Basically I have to file another claim to get the original issue fixed. read more

Please be careful when dealing with Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC in New Albany, MS. On May 20, 2026, a technician from Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning came to my home through my home warranty company,, to check my HVAC air conditioning unit. The technician was at my home for approximately TWO MINUTES total. Within those two minutes, he briefly checked the unit in the attic and outside, then told my fiancé that we needed a new evaporator coil. Later, when I spoke with American Home Shield, I was informed that Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning also reported that new pipelines would need to be rerouted and replaced because the old lines were "too old." This was never explained to me or my fiancé during the visit. I immediately called Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning to speak with the technician or a manager, but instead I was transferred to the Office Manager/Finance Officer, Ms. Audrey. She explained that American Home Shield would cover the evaporator coil, but NOT the pipeline work, and that my out-of-pocket cost would be approximately $3,100.00 just for the pipeline installation. She then explained that the parts from American Home Shield could take up to 3 weeks to arrive, and after that, it could take another week before installation could even be scheduled. In other words, my family and I could potentially be without air conditioning for over a month. Ms. Audrey then offered another option: purchasing a brand-new Goodman HVAC unit. She stated that American Home Shield would contribute a certain amount, but my out-of-pocket expense would still be $5,174.76. She repeatedly discussed financing options while I was still in complete shock trying to understand how my unit supposedly went from working to suddenly needing thousands of dollars in repairs and replacement -- all based on a TWO-MINUTE inspection. For context, my HVAC system is a Trane unit that is over 10 years old, but I maintain it yearly and have never had any major issues. The situation bothered me so much that I could not sleep that night because nothing about the diagnosis made sense. The very next morning, May 21, 2026, I contacted American Home Shield and requested a second opinion. Another HVAC company came out the SAME DAY and actually took the time to properly inspect my system for 30-40 minutes. The second technician discovered that the ONLY issue was a faulty capacitor. He fixed it immediately on the spot, and now my air conditioning is working perfectly with cool air running throughout my home. So according to Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning, I supposedly needed: * A new evaporator coil * New pipelines * Potentially a whole new HVAC system costing over $5,000 out of pocket But in reality, all I needed was a capacitor replacement. Consumers, please do your research, read reviews carefully, and ALWAYS get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive HVAC repairs or replacements. Thank you to Best Care for being honest, professional, and taking the time to properly diagnose the actual issue. Be safe, consumers. read more

I contacted my warranty company, American Homes Shield about my yearly tune up for the upcoming summer. They sent out Advanced Heating and Air to do the tune up. The technician arrived and began the process of doing tune up and came back to say the coil needed to be replaced because it was stopped up. I received notification from AHS that the tech reported that the coil was "misused and abused." Therefore, the claim was denied. I asked for a second opinion and AHS send out Gaines Heating and Cooling from Ripley, TN. Mr. John Gaines came and looked everything over and stated "there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this coil and it certain isn't "misused or abused." I am SO thankful for this second opinion! I shared with AHS that they need to removed Advanced Heating and Air from their list of vendors. read more

These people are not recommended. they came out connected a loose wire and replaced a working capacitor and charged over 400 dollars. I can't get them to mail a bill to the office for payment. Worst experience ever. Not a good value. read more

Advanced Heat supplied me with an appointment time of 7am -8am. I arrived 15min before the appointment. I continued to wait until 8:15am. No technician showed for the appointment. After stated that I could no longer wait, the technician called and said he was running behind. It is highly inconsiderate when companies do not show at appointments on time or call to make you aware they are late. It is also discourteous that your time (a paying customer) has no value in their eyes. read more

advanced Heating and Air and Lupe their technician will do whatever they can to charge you as much as possible. If you have a warranty, they will blame you for the malfunction of a unit to get more from you. I still haven't been informed how I "misused and abused" my AC as Lupe the technician claims. read more

Although I wasn't there when the Service Technician arrived, I was told that everything went well with the removal and new blower motor install. What I can tell you is when I got home, the AC was working well and I'm totally satisfied that not only was the work done well, but the technician arrived at the time stated and he performed the service requested. read more
