I was left with no disposal or dishwasher. He stopped answering my text messages. His phone would not accept calls or messages. He is incompetent. He is untrustworthy. This experience has me reluctant to ever use YELP again.

His men showed up on site in the morning and went straight to work. The parts and equipment were all in hand and the gravel and tank showed up on time like an assembly line. They Pumped and ripped the old systems out, and installed the new system exactly as asked by three pm with an hour lunch break in the middle. 1 day job and our Septic Treatment Plant was replaced with new. Mr. Birge was also very patient and understanding of a bank funds snafu that neither one of us could have really anticipated. Five stars!!!

They showed up and stood around until my boyfriend found and dug up our main line because they "couldn't find it." They then proceeded to hammer into our concrete main line and busted two 6 inch holes in it. Did they unclog the drain? No. We had to call water company for them to come unclog it. They said that they would come back tomorrow (today) to come repair it and that they would call us with a quote as to what it would cost....... when they were the ones to take a hammer to it and make our situation worse. They tore up our yard with holes and didn't fill them back up and left our busted pipe exposed for the rain last night. Did they ever call or show up today? No. The ONLY thing this company did was bust our pipe in two places, tear up our yard with holes, make our situation worse, and stand around. Oh, and they also charged us $350 to do that. Called the owner today at 2:30pm to see if he was still going to come by and to explain what his workers did and he showed no sign of remorse and said that we would still be responsible for fixing the damage that they made. This is by far the sorriest excuse for a plumbing company I've ever come across. We are currently out here fixing the problem they made ourselves because we're afraid they'll only cause more damage--- picture included for proof.

To his credit, Mike and crew did a great job with the installation. The yard looked great. Mike promised he would come back to tweak any problems that came up. However, after that, Mike flaked out and was completely unreliable. We rarely can get him to respond to a text or phone call, much less come out to the house to do any promised work on the yard, repairs to the sprinkler system, or lawn maintenance. And now it is nearly May and we're still waiting for the March lawn treatment he said he would do when we tracked him down in February. We really like Mike and want him to succeed in his business, but are completely disappointed that he can't follow through on any promises in order to actually finish the job or make good on his intentions. Wish we could recommend him highly, but can't.
