I knew that my old A/C unit was going to die pretty soon, and when it did I searched online for…read moreHVAC businesses in the area, and decided to take a chance on Michael Ray. I was really happy with the work he did. The installation was professional and has been working great for several months now. But a few things that really stood out to me were: 1) Great communication - it drives me nuts when a business doesn't return texts or calls or update on the job. Michael was very quick and professional at replying, kept me in the loop, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. 2) Friendly - Made extra effort to be friendly, patient, and helpful with my questions and circumstances. 3) Above and beyond - Many businesses will shirk you once they've got your money, but Michael was just as attentive and available when I asked for some help (that he kindly didn't charge me for, though he could have) several months after the job was completed. I will definitely be a repeat customer, next time I need any A/C work done.
