They showed up turned my dryer on and off, told me it was an idler pulley and that the office would call me in a couple of days with a price on the replacement parts and how long it would take to get them. I was presented with a 134.06 bill for the 3 minute visit. I had called James Smith after Tutor failed to show Tuesday. I called back after the visit this morning and asked him to come and repair it instead. He came with the part he had diagnosed over the phone; disassembled my dryer; vacuumed out enough dog hair to create a new one; replaced the part and put the thing back together again for a grand total of 155.15. I did verify the 134.06 would not go toward any repairs for Tutor. I would recommend against TUTOR APPLIANCE if you value your time and money!
