They are so gentle and kind with the tools and your teeth so I recommend that even if you're scared to show up to the appointment just trust that it will be a good experience like I have to. No pain, no bite problems, no anything. My husband also goes to Dr. Moen and agrees 100%. In fact my hubby had 3 teeth repaired after an awful dentist in Prairie du Chien (who left suddenly around 2009) put three crowns in that resulted in bite problems and damage to a tooth. Dr. Moen fixed all those problems. Dr. Moen is professional, extremely high-skilled, and a perfectionist. His assistant is pleasant and friendly and has been with him, as the rest of his staff, for many years. I wish I had such a good dentist when I was young.

Well, not this place. They accept people who don't have any insurance but deny my kid because the insurance he has. So, we said that's fine we will just pay in cash and not worry about insurance. But they still deny him saying, we still submit everything to the insurance so we still can't take him. That's crap. He's part of my family and I go there but still nope. I am not happy with this place and will be looking elsewhere for a better dentist. Another thing the receptionist is a bitch and is very rude.

I had a broken filling, and they got me right in. Then the scheduled me for evaluation and cleaning, but called me the next day and said they had a cancellation. I got right back in. My third they didn't even charge me for, as she decided to refer me for a orthodontist for a consultant (free also) to make a more informed decision on my options. It is such a load off my mind knowing they have your best interest at the forefront. Kudos Dr Sorensen!

I was interested in having some skin tightening done under my eyes and had a consult scheduled yesterday. I took off work and arrived for my 2:30 appointment. At 3:10 I had not been seen yet. Twice I was told he was "just finishing up and would be in shortly." I had somewhere to be at 3:30 so I informed the office manager I was leaving. Her words were "he's just finishing up with discharging someone," zero apology. She sat there and said nothing when I said I was leaving and I was not pleased I had taken off work. I still have not heard from them to follow up and am assuming I won't. To act like my time isn't valuable is inexcusable. This comes less than a month after I referred my sister to have $20k in procedures done, and they knew that. I will never return.
