I purchased 3 boxes of daily contacts through this provider. I have been rationing them out…read more(paying attention to the expiration date) since COVID. When I opened the last box of contacts, they were not correcting my vision. I had a problem with one or two lens from the other two boxes but those were defective and these just did not work. I figure it is a QA/QC issue with the manufacturer but when I called Advanced Eye Care, I was told by the office that this was not their problem. When I pressed them about it since these cost a lot of money, I was told they would not stand behind a box of contacts I had bought a year ago and then I was put on indefinite hold. The woman was rude and offensive. When I called the company (Coopervision) they said that the practice said I was due for another eye exam so they were not going to replace the defective box. They would give me 10 lens only--90 lens were in the box.
