He broke a piece of the counter top and had to reorder it, then leaves the counter sitting in a spot that is not level for a week, and it warps and now has to make yet another top for it. After three days of messing with the counter top .. still not done. No end in sight! A bumbling fool that doesn't know what he is doing! He spends more time on the phone and running around and he doesn't know what the meaning of work is. Think twice before hiring him if you would like the job done by a professional and in a timely manner.

Since they were in the area, we figured it wouldn't hurt to get a quote. Before we could even finish explaining what we needed, they said they only do full installs. They weren't willing to quote us for the deck roof or gutters despite reaching out to us with their flyer. If they're not interested in smaller jobs, that's their choice, but it says a lot. They solicited us, we were ready to give them business, and they dismissed us. That's not the kind of company I want to trust with my home or any warranty down the line. Glad we found out early how they operate.

The guys had forgotten they had also been scheduled to clean two rooms of carpet! So now they needed to schedule ANOTHER day! Supposed to show up today at 9am. He doesn't show up or answer his phone again! I finally get ahold of someone at 11:30! He shows up 45 minutes later, apologizes, does the carpets, and hurries out the door. We have to move the furniture, which is something we had requested them to do. We wanted to give our business to a small business rather than a large company but will NEVER go with this one again!
