Several, and I mean SEVERAL, times he sat on our couch and his cell phone would ring. He never at any time answered it or silenced it; he would just let it ring. My wife and I found it very disruptive listening to a ringing phone while we were trying to have a conversation. During the project Mike talked several times to our insurance company. That was a mistake. He continuously told us things were set with the insurance company. At the end of the project, I spoke with the insurance company and they told me that they were covering every thing except $2000 plus. Later, when I explained my conversation with the insurance company to Mike he said the insurance company was paying everything (except our deductible of $500). I explained my reservations to him, but he assured me that there would be no more out of pocket expense. After the project was done, we received an invoice from Lutz for over $2000. I was floored! The moral of the story: Don't trust everything your contractor tells you and don't let them deal with your insurance company. You're better have that dialogue yourself. I cannot find it within myself to recommend this company.

After sending videos and pictures he responded that was alot of trash and went on to say he's leaving Sunday for vacation and will send someone out next week but there are 4 days left before vacay starts. The boards were never installed, and the vents weren't even put up until after the roof was finished, leaving her vulnerable and neglected. It wasn't until she saw Annette at her moving sale and bravely told her she was prepared to sue for breach of contract that Nick finally hurried over to put the vents on after the roof had been laid for weeks-too little, too late. My mother called and left message after message with Annette, hoping for answers, but all she received was excuses and silence--Nick never showed. Putting vents on after the roof has been laid is not only poor craftsmanship; it's reckless. It leaves her exposed to leaks, potential mold, and the devastating damage that can follow. This isn't just about shoddy work--it's about taking advantage of an elderly woman, a recent cancer survivor who has called Bay City home for over 30 years. She has lived through so much, and now she faces the stress and worry caused by these careless, greedy people.
