The quality of the work has been excellent and reasonably priced and we've found Adam to be very professional and responsible. I posted an earlier review where Adam remodeled our unfinished basement. The project was completed on time for the amount agreed upon without any surprises. We are very pleased with the end result and strongly recommend Adas for your remodeling needs.

Bill is a rarity today…read more Over the past several years I've been dealing with a revolving door at sub par contractors that seemed too busy to help with smaller jobs or would cut corners to get the job done quickly leaving me disappointed. Bill with B&G always takes the time to hear me out and put together a plan that exceeds expectations. I can tell he takes pride in his craft and provides clear, honest communication from start to finish. His pricing is fair and well worth it when paired with the professionalism he provides. I can't recommend Bill with B&G Remodeling enough and plan on using their services regularly going forward.

I do not recommend working with Bill and B&G Remodeling. Google reviews do not reflect my…read moreexperience, however, Yelp and Angie's (List) will reflect similar situations. My husband and I hired B&G Remodeling to complete multiple projects on our main floor. The project included multiple tasks but focused on moving an electrical outlet, patching drywall, installing doors and trim, as well as adding a backsplash in the kitchen. The electrical and drywall turned out fine. The doors and trim look ok, there are multiple areas where gaps are excessively filled in with calk to cover misscuts. Additionally, when Bill first provided a quote he said the team would calk and fill all the nails holes across the doors and trim but by the end of the project Bill refused to fill them stating that is the job of a painter. The entire process of the kitchen backsplash was a mess. By the end of the second day of work half the backsplash had been completed. Tiles looked like they were going to fall off the wall. Tile spacing was extremely inconsistent, some were so close there was no room for grout while other areas had gaps that were very large. Tiles were installed cracked or chipped. Bill was informed the results were unacceptable and needed to be corrected. Bill decided to remove the worst tiles from the backsplash and try to re-lay new tiles to correct the issues, that did not work. Bill assured us multiple times after this he would be able to fix it all and provide a professional finished product. We allowed him to continue the work under the understanding that it would be a good finished product. At the end of the last day of work once we paid Bill in full, we were then forced to clean our home for hours because of the state they left our home. Upon cleaning up the mess that was left in our kitchen and fully inspecting the work, we canceled the final check. My husband and I were absolutely shocked by how terrible the final product of the backsplash turned out. We contacted Bill and informed him, he did return to hear us out. Bill's comments on his own work when he arrived was "It was not THAT bad and he had seen worse". Bill then brought up to us that his company had all rights to redo the work, he again stated he could provide a professional finished product. Over the course of getting the backsplash re-installed (completely ripping down the first attempt including drywall) my husband and I regularly had to check the team's work and ensure they were doing a good job, essentially having to babysit our contractor. The backsplash was completed but there are still areas that don't look like a professional did them. At this point we were paying him to leave our home and to not have to deal with him further. At multiple points through the project Bill told me (a woman) how lucky I was that he was not yelling at me or further fighting me when I raised concerns on different issues. At one point when I commented on issues Bill told me to have more leniency and be aware the team could not install everything perfectly. When my husband commented on the same issues Bill told him he would get them corrected immediately. By the time the crew had come back to rip down and re-install the backsplash I did not feel comfortable being alone with Bill and my husband needed to stay home from work. Additionally, we were provided a quote and by the end of the project Bill provided a bill that was nearly $3K over the number we originally agreed on. Not once was a change order brought to us and we never sat down to agree on such a price discrepancy. Bill brought up the fact that he had run into some speed bumps moving an electrical outlet, and took a simple comment of " Do what you need to do" as an all access pass to charge whatever he wanted to proceed. This and many more reasons are why we would not recommend working with this company. In the review photos the all white tiles are the ultimate final backsplash product.

However he did say that if there was services actually performed it would have been around $600 flat fee for basic service. I thought that was a little high for replacing a outdoor faucet and parts and so on. But he was very helpful. The electrician came out and he did a wonderful job figuring out where the problem was but for the electricians they're charging a flat fee of over $400 and to assess the problem and do basic repairs. Now he assessed the problem but he could not repair it without additional costs which he estimated to be about $1500. So I still got charged but no repairs.

Caused my working furnace to fail, the house froze, leaking pipes…read moreand they refused to make the repairs that they caused. On October 22 2025 I had Master Services perform an annual service on my Carrier furnace. The furnace was working well with no issues but I wanted to do the annual service as recommended. Morgan the technician poked around but I did not see any of the standard procedures done like I am used to seeing from other providers. There was a tremendous sales pitch pressure from the tech spending more time on how I can purchase a new furnace from their company, even though our furnace served us well and was in excellent condition. I paid the bill and he left. Oct 24 2026 just two days after service The furnace failed to start and we were in cold weather for several hours. So I called the company back asking why the furnace is having this problem right after the tech worked on it. Morgan came back and blamed it on a blown 3A purple fuse which never happened before. He said he did not have a fuse in his truck, luckily I had 3 of those in my fuse kit in my truck so I gave him my fuses, he started switching wires around burning 2 more of my fuses and finally he got the wiring right and the 3rd and last fuse worked and the furnace started to work. He did not seem sure of what is happening or what else to check for. We had to make a trip out of state to visit family but we always leave the heat on in cold weather just to be safe and we turn the main water valve off and drain the pipes. Jan 28 2026 We returned to the house to find there was no heat in the house and the toilet tank and bowl had blocks of ice in them. The bathroom sink trap was cracked from ice and the shower valve was busted along with the kitchen sink not draining. A pipe also sprung a leak in the basement. There was also a strong natural gas odor in the house. We called again and they sent another tech Mitch who showed up with three space heaters to thaw the house plumbing out but could not get furnace started he also confirmed the gas smell to be present he said the gas coupling inside the furnace was not tightened enough from when they did the first service. He did not bother to check the ignitor but did after I asked him to check it. He said the ignitor is bad and he will call me back the next day with a price as he claimed did not have a replacement ignitor in his truck and he estimated the price would be around $600 a part that cost under $30 He left us with no heat and a gas leak while I slept in the house in the extreme cold snap in January I could have died from both the cold and the gas leak. Jan 29 2026 Mitch never called back to come replace the ignitor. I gave up and had to call ANOTHER company to get our heat working. They came over and figured the problem in 5 minutes replaced the ignitor and tightened the gas coupling which was left loose by two technicians from Master Services. My bill was $357.44 and our furnace is working well since till the writing of this review March 23 2026. Jan 30 2026 Plumber Eric from Master services came over replaced the frozen sink trap that they caused to fail from freezing and charged me $154.83 He also gave an estimate of $1700 to replace the leaky pipe that they caused to freeze up due to low quality work. I refused to do this and feel they must take responsibility and fix what they broke. I had to replace the shower valve myself and get the kitchen sink flowing again. Several phone conversation with manager Juan did not help as he insisted they have to charge me for pipe repairs that would have never happened if they did not cause the freeze. My pipe is still dripping and they totally ignored the problem. I see that a Mr. Kyle Burroughs listed as general manager on the better business bureau website so Mr. Burroughs if you are reading this Please intervene to rectify this problem. You can get my contact information from your service department records. All I need now is you send a plumber to replace the pipe section that is leaking so we can put this nightmare behind us. Matthew was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. He gave us a detailed and fair estimate, and once we accepted, he set a date and arrived on time to rip up the old counters and install the new butcher block, which, if memory serves me correct, he did it all in just one-day. The new counters turned out amazing, and really transformed the look of our kitchen for the better (photos attached). He even dragged off the old counter tops to dispose of. Overall extremely pleased with Matthews's work ethic, fairness, and ability to get the job done right. Highly recommended!
