I recently contacted 4B Systems to address a few items that came up in my home inspection report, primarily an upgrade from 60 amp to 100 amp electrical service. Rob promptly returned my phone call and was quickly able to come out to the house to assess the job and provide an estimate. 4B had worked on the house for the previous owner and still had all of the service records, which definitely helped us determine what needed to be done and the best approach. Shortly after, I received a well-documented statement of work with a very fair price quote, and we were able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. This is the second time that I have used 4B Systems. The first time was for some small home inspection issues which were promptly addressed. This time was for under cabinet lighting and miscellaneous improvements to a newly purchased home. All I can say is that working with Rob has been a pleasure. Rob is honest, personable and clearly explains what has to be done for each specific job. Rob had originally quoted me a specific price for the under cabinet lighting. When the job was completed Rob informed me that the job actually came in about $300 less than the originally quoted price, and everything looks great.
