Doug, David, and the entire crew were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They completed our roof work in about three days, and their work ethic, thoroughness, and attention to detail were outstanding. They cleaned up every evening and treated our home with care. Several team members also stopped by to make sure we were completely satisfied--a personal touch we truly appreciated. We couldn't be happier with the work and highly recommend Precision Roofing and Gutters!

We paid the full amount, but afterward there were continued problems with completing the work and repairs, along with additional damage caused during the project. We paid $47,000 for a large-scale job, yet they continued to make errors on a daily basis while attempting to conceal them from us. One of the most alarming examples was that they installed Window! flashing across the entire roof. (David's Idea!). I can't even count how many times I had to clean nails out of the street and garden, as well as oil stains from the driveway and street, after they left. One of the workers was pulled into the gutter machine right in front of my eyes. Thankfully, another worker managed to shut the machine off in time. The workers from this company are vulgar and aggressive. They reacted aggressively when I asked them not to damage my property, because they destroyed many things during the project. I was only able to learn the truth from the security cameras because they lied to me when I asked what had happened. The owner of the company did not respond to the aggressive behavior of the workers, even though we informed him about it many times. The company owner should ensure that workers have access to proper restroom facilities. At the beginning of the project, there were none, and one of the workers relieved himself in my yard--in plain view of me!

We really liked the idea of utilizing recycled concrete as a building material, and though many other local companies offered this option, none we spoke to were confident that they could also incorporate brackets to attach our fence posts to, which THE WALL was able to, nor did they have the reputation of THE WALL. Rick came out promptly and gave a reasonable bid, and once our date came up in the waiting list George, our project foreman, came out and reviewed the project and the following week was out with a crew (we had a delay due. to the Thanksgiving holiday). The crew was great, did excellent work and worked quick! The project changed very slightly, reducing the amount of wall to be constructed, and THE WALL was quick to credit us the slight difference in cost. We are super happy with the results! We have had quite a few neighbors compliment the project results, one who was looking to build something similar who I recommended calling THE WALL to, and I highly recommend anyone looking to do a concrete driveway, retaining wall, or other similar project give them a call!

This is some new system of their's. The contract we signed called for them to use crushed rock to backfill and soil to cover the rock. They used, without our notification or consent, bags of light weight material like pumice or gypsum in plastic bags as the fill instead of rock. I uncovered these bags after they left the job site and, when questioned about the matter, they claimed this was all our wall needed. I should have made them dig up the bags of fill and made them use rock but they assured me it's how these things are done for small projects like ours. After the workers were made aware of our concern and discovery of the bags, they became quite hostile to us. The job site manager was especially rude and made disparaging remarks about previous work done around our place by another company. Now, 16months later, the wire mesh is bulging out excessively between the poles and the areas where they used the light weight bags has sunk down and is soft to walk on. I would not trust this company to perform the job as spelled out in their contract and, if things don't go well, expect hostility on their part.
