He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return.
