Either way you get the same old fashioned service for your photography needs. What I use them for is their handling of old negatives (any size) and developing of old rolls of film. I brought in some old 4" by 5" negatives and wanted them scanned to a CD ... no problem, and only $3 per negative. Once digitized on to a CD you can do anything you want with them. I also brought in some old rolls of B&W film that I uncovered in a box - they developed them and gave me a few priceless prints. So if you have some special needs in photography - although they do the routine stuff too - give these peeps a chance. Nice to have them in the area.

They came and picked up 21 of our old Hi8 tapes that we haven't been able to watch for years and convert them to DVD. They even repaired a few tapes we thought were for sure gone. We will definitely use them again and are very happy to have discovered them.

I'm very pleased with the repairs and the cost. Their attention to service, and expertise in what they sell is a testament to this. I came in looking for a new center channel, which they were able to get me within a few days. When I came in to pick it up, they spent the next two hours demoing a variety of speakers and electronics. They knew I wasn't looking to buy, but was still curious. When the time came to upgrade two more speakers, not only were they prompt in getting me what I wanted, but they also helped me exchange my recent purchase for a different model. Basically, I bought a speaker in one finish and then later wanted it in a different finish. They helped me out with exchanging this even a few months after the sale. Never once were they pushy in trying to up-sell me on more expensive gear, nor were they smug or elitist when I told them what equipment I was running. I don't have crazy expensive stuff, but I think it's good for what I need. I appreciate that they realize their customers may have different needs and budgets. They made me feel like my business mattered to them even though I was only spending a modest amount on three speakers. An added bonus, they also happen to be in a low sales tax part of Naperville, witch saved me about 3%. That said, I would have chosen to work with them regardless. Bottom line. They know their stuff, and understand good value and performance in sound and video. They work with you to get you what you need for a fair price. I definitely recommend them.
