I will spare the details here, but when I debunked their reasons with hard evidence, they ultimately reneged the higher cost proposal, but didn't apologize. This rubbed me the wrong way and unfortunately, that's when I decided I was done. The cleaning services, besides the smell and odd lack of common sense stuff, were good.
