We hired Advanced builder & contractors to remodel our property, they took care of our dinning room, living room, patio, bbq area, pool, kitchen, den, tv room and bathrooms. One of the most courteous construction companies I've ever worked with. The work done was beautiful and high quality, and they kept to the schedule, even with more work that we had added on. The process was mostly good and fun to watch. We did hit some glitches along the way which meant more money had to be spent to remedy the problems, and a bit of a long delay due to some more permits that the city of LA requested. Our project manager was always easy to get a hold of. We liked his approach, he wasn't trying to be a sales man. And any time something came up, whether it was on their end or ours he always professional and caring. He even offered many suggestions which we appreciated so much. Since he does have more experience and knowledge with these things. They did a stellar job. They saved us a lot of headache with the permits, and in the end I believe I got great service and quality. It was January 2021 -- this was the middle of COVID, life was stressful, and my wife and I had just bought an old 1950s home in Woodland Hills that needed a lot of work (after "winning" a bidding war). The problem was that we didn't have a big budget, and we needed to finish the remodel ASAP because we were living in a tiny apartment, with a new baby that would be walking soon, and needed room to run around. We interviewed several contractors, and chose ABC and Nick. As I told Nick when I first met him, we needed his help "polishing this turd" and quickly. The remodel turned out gorgeous, and we've gotten tons of compliments from our friends, family and neighbors. Especially the tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms -- Nick's tile guy is truly an artist. The remodel included: new kitchen, new main bath, updated guest bath, new engineered hardwood floors, full paint and skim coating of walls and ceiling, new electrical, new roof, and a lot of other things. Here's what I appreciated most about Nick: 1. Responsive. This is hugely important, because there's nothing worse than not knowing what is going on. From our first meeting, Nick was always on time, and always responsive. He answers his phone, and responds to texts, messages and emails right away. If he is going to be unavailable, he gives you advance warning. Like any project, we had some tough discussions from time to time, but Nick was calm, a good listener and a problem solver, and helped us figure out the best way forward. Even after the renovation was finished, Nick still responds to follow-up questions. 2. On Time. From day one, we stressed the need to finish the project on time, especially since we had a baby, and were paying a double mortgage. Nick took that to heart, and expedited the remodel. Plus, this was in the middle of COVID, with lots of supply chain issues and other unexpected problems that could have derailed the project. Nick did whatever he could to make sure we didn't have delays, and to get us into the house as soon as possible. 3. No upselling - This was an old house with lots of potential issues. After we opened it up, we found some unexpected items that needed attention but weren't in our original budget. Nick helped us find the right balance between fixing the things that we truly needed, versus the things that we could wait on or alternative fixes. Happened to found this contractor on yelp and I could not have been more lucky. They were the most knowledgeable. Since I didn't really know what I was doing, I decided that I would get an expert who would be able to give me suggestions on the construction and home remodeling. My girlfriend is super picky but Nick was able to help her decide. They did a great job on their entire project. From the very beginning they gave me a clear cut contract with starting dates progress payments and everything was spelled out. I'm very pleased with the home remodeling they did for me. Wow I just can't say enough about this company! After much consideration we chose Advanced Builders and Contractors to remodel our kitchen. Our new kitchen, consisted of new custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, mosaic back-splash and tile flooring. With any concern or question we had they were always there to answer questions. Their tile work and grouting turned out stunning! The tile guy was extremely fast and diligently. The finished kitchen seems straight out of a magazine. I absolutely love it! All the workers arrived on time every morning, worked long days and when they left they cleaned up in and out. There are so many different decisions you have to make. Advanced builders was very friendly and trustworthy to us. Nick was very personable and respectful to our family. No matter what was going on throughout the day we would always get a text message letting us know what's going on. So I would say as far as communication Nick was amazing. Unfortunately during our home remodeling we had an unexpected family emergency that we have to deal with. Which meant that we had to leave the country for about 2 weeks. We were freaking out because we didn't know what to do. But as soon as we told Nick he said don't worry about it and we can communicate with email or text message. We were very uneasy about leaving the country and not sure how things were turned out. But Surprisingly everything turned out beautiful. Every tour 3 days Nick will send us some pictures with description of what's going on. If we ever had any questions he would reply back to us right away. It's great to know that they're still good people around nowadays who will take care of things for you in times of emergencies. The quality of the level of the work that these people deliver to us was amazing. Even when we weren't there they still maintained a clean job site and still met up with the city inspectors for all of our inspections. Working with advanced builders was flawless. I am beyond happy with the level of care advanced builders provides. The attention to detail and customer service is second to none. Nick and his team were extremely hands on. They helped me from the very beginning and held my hand from the beginning of the construction project all the way to completion of construction. There are so many decisions to make when it comes to building a new house. There's so many people that you have to meet with and make so many decisions that sometimes this becomes overwhelming. What I liked about the ABC is that stuck with what they were good at and if something came up that they were not experienced in for example doing the actual plans , they introduced me to an architect and an engineer who did the plans for me. ABC and Nick were an easy decision for me. Because they made the process as simple as possible. They didn't sugarcoat anything. They always told me the truth whether there was good news or bad news. Several times throughout the project Nick would call me and tell me that they had come up against an obstacle and that he was working on a plan. Even though sometimes it was very stressful to get this news. I really like his transparency because it meant that he cared about the project and that he wanted to see it through. In life there are lots of different people that come and go and that promise you things that they can do. But I'm here to tell you that Nick is not one of those guys and he actually does what he says. We are very happy and wanted to share our experience. We interviewed a few companies before choosing Advanced. In fact, I went back and forth for a few months before choosing a remodeling contractor.They had been in business the longest, and seemed to know the most about the sort of build we wanted to complete. We were taking on a historical home and had our architect keep some of the historical features with our modern design. Some of the features we wanted to keep needed a lot of work, but Nick and his team were able to custom designs and build casings, rebuild the roof and fireplace so that it kept the original characteristics and even had contractors who were able to use the same techniques as the original home which really ties everything together. They did a stunning job. I love how the kitchen turned out. This was not an easy remodel, because we had a lot of old historical factors to deal with and we did a lot of work, we remodeled almost 3000 square feet down to the studs and rebuilt it. These guys are great and will get your job done right! I was referred to Advanced Builders & Contractors from an interior designer friend of mine. Of course I compared them with a few other contractors just to be sure but ended up choosing to hire them. I knew how to draw out what I wanted but still hired an architect to make the plans complete and make sure everything was correct and to code. Once we got everything passed through the city, ABC literally had people on the jobsite the next week after the permit was cleared, ready to work. Their workers are very good, and were always respectful. I had the second story of my home turned into a master suite. I Really love how it turned out. They helped me make sure the addition was insulated well enough so I'm not bothered by any noise from the upstairs which was really important to me and the addition looks very natural with the existing home. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to restoration and construction work. I did my research though, found ABC, and could not be happier that I found them. I first contacted ABC to do some repair some water damage. Although they did not do any that work restoration work, they did do our renovations that need to be done in result of the damage. My experience was amazing! The staff in the office gave me call back right away. They said they would have to check with a project manager to see when he could come out to our home in Los Angeles. Like I said, they gave me a call right back. Unfortunately, they couldn't do all our repair work, because they were much easier to deal than our water restoration company. With that said, even though this whole process was unexpected due to the water damage. In the end we got some renovation done in our house, and now its like our 1st floor is now brand new. Just like many other homeowners when it comes to an extensive construction project you really don't know the proper steps or where to start. My partner and I started looking around at different websites and trying to understand what we wanted. We finally came up with what we envisioned our new home to look like. It turns out that this was not going to be just a simple home remodeling. There were so many moving parts that it was hard to understand sometimes. You speak to an architect first to develop a full set of plans or do you speak to a contractor first to get a idea of cost. We started interviewing several contractors all of them were good and gave us an idea of how we should approach our home remodeling. Some of them said that it would be better for us to knock the home down and start building from scratch others told us that it would be better just to extend and add a room addition to the side and back of the home. It seemed like we were more confused than the beginning. Then we interviewed a couple of architects. Which let me tell you their prices were all over the place. One of the architects wanted to charge us on a hourly basis while others would work on the entire file from beginning to end for flat feet. Somehow we landed on advanced builders and contractors. We met with Nick early in the spring. Just like the rest of the contractors we met with he was extremely professional and took his time explaining the process. He was intuitive and fully engaged. His answers were to the point short and easy to understand. In a way you could say that he didn't sugar coat anything but rather was very cantor. I remember the meeting being extremely insightful and eye opening. It was after that meeting when we decided that Nick would be a good contractor for us to work with. But we still had a long way to go. We have to come up with a design that would work with our house, the architect would need to draw up the plans so that it made sense and then afterwards we will need to submit everything to an engineer to see how bad or good the structural would be and after all that we could take everything back to Nick to see that if we could afford to do such a project. It took us a good year to get a complete set of plans. Throughout that time Nick would reach out to us every once in a while and ask if we had any questions. Once we had a good standing on all the plans we then submitted to the city of LA. Once we had our permits we were ready to begin construction. We found a house nearby where we leased it out and then we began construction. ABC quickly tore down our existing home and the construction on the new home began. The entire process lasted for a bit more than a year. From the beginning they had given us a strict timeline to follow. Explain to us what materials we would need and when we would need it at the house. That also giving us a progress payment to follow. Nick was an integral part of the building process. Once again he was very resourceful for finding the materials we needed. We were able to use a lot of his vendors to source out the materials we needed. Our new home is now built and we couldn't be happier with the end results. If you're looking for a contractor to build I highly recommend that you if you at least and to make sure that you click with someone that makes sense to you. The same gos for an architect although there's a lot of good architects out there. The way they're on their business and the way they do their billing is very different. We're just close that's going to our house and we're looking to start construction. A friend of ours had mentioned that they had seen this construction company in their neighborhood which was close to our home so we decided to call them. We met with them and by the end of the week we decided to go with them and sign the contract. They immediately started construction, I think it was like 3 days later. Older home and it had not been remodeled for a while we didn't know what to really do. So our contractor brought out a engineer who was able to verify what was load-bearing and what was not. This made it easy for us to be able to budget how to open up our dining room and living room to the kitchen area. Once we figured out what to do in that side of the house. The rest of the remodel was easier. At the same time they remodeled our kitchen they also remodeled our bathroom and did some railing work for us since it was worn out. Really happy with the results. These guys did a phenomenal job. Every single time we had inspection I knew about it and I was there and these guys we're always there on time to meet with the inspector. Needless to say that inspection was fairly simple because these guys did a fantastic job and everything was up to par. What I liked most about this contractor is that if we had to make a certain change they wouldn't come back and beat me up on price. Instead they explained what we had on the contract and what they recommended to do and left it up to me to decide if I wanted to do extra remolding work or not. When we decided to wrap up and finish the inside work my wife also wanted to do some exterior work so these guys were quick to act and also helped us do some things on the outside. Although the exterior looked great my wife still wanted to do a bit of a remodel. So these guys power wash the house, painted the exterior and the trim all over again. This is one of the best companies when it comes to renovation and remodeling in the Los Angeles Area. I am so glad we went with Advanced! We met with a handful of contractors after getting our plans done. The quotes we got were quite different, Nick's estimate was just over the middle of the estimates we received but we decided to go with him because unlike some contractors, he personally runs the entire project, and had extensive experience with building homes and the style we wanted and was very detailed. What we wanted was very specific, we spent a lot of time and money on our design getting it just right and needed a contractor who could execute and bring it into reality. He explained everything to us and was very transparent through the process. There were a few changes during the build but he guided us through, came with several options and helped us make the decision and respected our time frame. We went with advanced because we read so many great reviews. They were detailed and kind and really expressed an interest in our project like no one else did. We didn't know a lot about construction and these people really held our hands and helped us from the get-go. They were someone that we could trust and give us an honest approach to our home remodeling. They were up front about cost and they thought out of the box to be able to service our needs. They were creative and found different ways to implement design aspects that we wanted. It was great to find a contractor that you could communicate with and that really understood your vision. Our balcony was in need of major repair. When we had the last rains it was like an open shower inside the house. Especially in the living room and bathroom. Water just came in from the balcony went into the second floor and came down to the first floor. We had no idea that the balcony was in such bad shape. We knew only about the house that I had to be remodeled at one point in time but had no idea that it could cause such damage. I collected a few quotes but advanced builders and contractors was the clear choice. Nick came out I was able to give me a accurate quote. And cover the repairs that we needed without any of the extras that we didn't need. Their pricing was competitive. ABC came back about a week later and started the work. The second week they were there they started the extra work in the bathroom and living room. They were good communicators, and wonderful people to work with. I don't have any problems with the work they did. My issue is that I asked them to do some extras and they wanted to charge me. I mean they already had everyone there anyways their electrical contractor and their plumbing contractor and even painters so I'm not sure why they wanted to charge me money. I know it wasn't part of our original contract but I thought they would included anyways. With our first house, we wanted to add a partial second floor before we got fully settled in. I've never dealt with a contractor so I was understandably nervous. Searching online, I made a list of 20 contractors with good reviews. After reaching out via email, I followed up with 10 on the phone. Finding some were not up for a job this size and others drastically changed their online estimates, I narrowed my list to 5 to meet. While two or three were positive meetings, one contractor stood out-- Nick Cohen Yahoodain from Advanced Builders & Contractors. Nick showed up and asked to walk the property, looked over the entire house, took some rough measurements, and honestly seemed both excited and prepared for the work. My husband and I had two more meetings with Nick and we locked down the plans, timeline and budget. Permits were slow and construction was challenging because not only did we need to live in the house at the same time but work was going to be done over some rainy and cold months. Nick was incredibly supportive and understanding when we needed to make some changes to the initial plans (moving a staircase). His team was on-time, competent, respectful and friendly. One night an unexpected rain storm moved in and we had a small leak. Nick dropped what he was doing at 11pm, headed right over and climbed up on the roof himself with tarp, plastic and Tupperware tubs to prevent any chance of our home getting damaged. Having your house torn apart is stressful and demanding but ABC helped us through it. Despite the rain and some plan changes, our costs were within expectations and the timeline was reasonable. We procrastinated on getting this done for a while because finding the right contractors is always a daunting task. But when we wanted to renovate our house, we set out to find three component general contractors. Who were familiar with doing larger projects. The first contractor we reached out to was referred to us by our friend down the streets where they had just recently renovated his home from top to bottom. The second general contractor we reached out to was a referral from a colleague of ours who also lives in LA and had done something similar about three year ago. We were referred to advanced builders and contractors, from a very dear friend of ours who had just built a new home with them recently. Out of the three general contractors we met with Nick seem to be the best fit. His contract was the most thorough, out of all of the three general contractors. He was also most the most expensive. After reviewing his contract though we found that he had added different scope of work we're not included in the other contracts from the other general contractors. These were the small things that would make a big difference later on. For example recessed lighting, tankless water heaters, two HVAC systems. Rerunning all of the utilities from the curb to the house from scratch. These were only apparent to us won't be sat down with Nick and discuss the Scopes of work and what this project will really entail. Once he explained the contract to us it was evident that he had thought about almost everything. Although his contract was more expensive than the others, we decided to go with him because he was the most thorough and he was the only one who really took time out of his day to spend with us and explain to us the entire process of building a new home. Once we understood the process all these unnecessary scopes of work became a definite must for use in order for this house to be able to perform the way it should. I should have written this contract a while back but unfortunately, I forgot all about it until now. I would like to highly recommend this company. I appreciate what they did for me. Great working with these guys. They were easy to connect with from the beginning. It has been a pleasant experience to work with advanced builders and contractors. It took them less than a day to get back to us after we left them a request to build a new house. We went to their websites and filled out a request for an estimate. Immediately thereafter they contacted us and requested that we send our approved plans for our new house. Within a day later they called us back and requested that we meet at the property. Within a couple of weeks after we had a house line proposal which was probably 15 pages long on exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to build our house. All this happened within a couple of weeks. From the very beginning we could tell that this company was very quick and responsive to our needs. Most companies we contacted didn't even bother getting back to us. Out of the handful of companies we reached out to advanced bills and contractors and another company reach back out. From the very beginning you could see the professionalism. Although the other company had a detailed estimate as well. We felt advanced builders and contractors had a different level of service and professionalism that would carry throughout the project. The project is now done and we are completely satisfied with all the different things that advance builders and contractors did for us. If I had to go back I would choose advanced bills and contractors over again and I wouldn't even bother with other contractors. This company did a beautiful job on our new house. They even made several suggestions that till today I'm extremely happy that we listened. Because of their professionalism I believe the project came out much more beautiful and they were able to stay within our timeline. I generally ask friends or family for recommendations on contractors. But because this house was so big and had so many details I felt like it would be a good fit if I were to go on line and see multiple reviews of people doing the same thing as us which was building a brand new house. Our old home was in so much need of repair and remodeling. It had great bones and it was sitting on a great lot with great views but it was just such a old home that it didn't really make sense to save anything. So with the help of Nick and our designer we pretty much took the house down all the way and started again. Because of permitting in other issues we decided to keep one of the walls up but other than that it was a blank canvas. We spoke to a bunch of different contractors and they all agreed that it wouldn't make too much sense to keep anything. Every time we talk to them about remodeling our home and updating its features halfway through the meeting they would say you're better off tearing this down and started from scratch because you'll get a much better outcome and it will probably be easier on your budget. Initially when we met Nick he had the same approach but he tweaked his process a bit so that we would be able to get permits much faster. It was great to have Nick and our designer on board from day one because they were able to work hand in hand with each other and deliver us the best outcome. as expected building a safety took their sweet time approving our plans and reviewing all of our paperwork. But at the end it was worth it because we were pretty much able to get a brand new house out of it. Our only regret is that we didn't start sooner so we could have saved on materials. We had originally met a bunch of contractors about 5 years ago but never pulled the trigger because we thought it was too expensive. Fast forward 5 years later and it seems like everything was 30% more expensive than what we recorded 5 years ago. My tip to anyone looking to remodel their home would be to start ASAP because it seems like prices keep going higher and higher. This company did an amazing job and we couldn't be any happier with the services they provided for our new home! We had bought an older home and weren't sure if we wanted to remodel it or tear it down and build a new construction house. After a while of living in the house we decided that it would be best for us to tear it down and build a new home. We found an architect who had reasonable prices and was able to see our vision with the new home. When our plans were almost done. We started looking for general contractors. Our architects gave us a couple of recommendations but they didn't really pan out and their budgets were not realistic with ours. We asked several colleagues and friends for recommendations of general contractors, but those also were not such a great fit for us because of the timeline they gave us and because it just wasn't good chemistry. At this point I think we had interviewed about five general contractors and none of them had worked out. While we were still researching on our own to find a general contractor out of the blue, the architect got in touch with us and told us to try yet another general contractor. He said that he had worked with him in the past and had great results. That general contractor turned out to be Nick. Initially our architect didn't recommend him because he was busy. But lucky for us he was about to finish up a couple of projects so he would be able to take ours project on in about 2 months when we were expecting our permits anyways. From the very beginning we liked Nick. We explained to him that we are budget conscious and that we had picked out specific materials to be used in the new home. We worked very closely with him from the beginning to the successful completion. We are extremely happy with the outcome of our new home. I spent a lot of time looking and researching for contractors and finally decided to land on Advanced builders & contractors, I was not disappointed. They were professional and made me feel like our home was in great hands. ABC was a great size construction company for our family. They were big enough that they were able to build us a brand new home, but small enough to still give us enough personal attention. They respected our time and were very personal with us. They were always in communication with us and it was easy to get a hold of someone. This project took almost a year to complete, and sometimes we needed answers right away. So it was nice to know that there was always someone there who could help us. In fact from the time we called them originally to the time we heard back it was less than 2 hours. It's great to know that companies like this still exist that can give you the attention you deserve and won't waste your time. Throughout the project we had many challenges come up including dealing with the city of Los Angeles building department, dealing with our architect and engineer and of course the most important our bank to disperse the funding. I called this Company to inquire about making our master bedroom bigger about 4-5 feet with no added plumbing or extra work. It took them about a week to get back to me. Then I was playing phone tag with someone named Tammy. When she asked me about what my budget was? My response to her was a fair and honest price. She then put me on hold for awhile. Came back to the phone and basically brush me off. Telling me they were busy. Who ever Tammy talked to, while putting me on hold doesn't want the business. I contacted them to receive a estimate on renovation work for my home. I was pleased with the service on the phone; however, the not with the man that came to my home for the estimate. He was pessimistic about every idea I had- patching the roof, refinishing the floors, doing a combination of stucco and other siding, managing some of the subcontractors on my own, etc. I had already had several bids from other contractors, that told me that all these things made sense, and were much pleasant to work with. We did a full kitchen remodel with Advanced Builders and cannot be more happy with the work. The remodel involved removing a post, new flooring, cabinets (some custom), countertops, backsplash, ceiling insulation, paint, electrical, plumbing, and putting in a bigger island for an eat-in kitchen. The quality of the work was excellent, and Nick was communicative and transparent from the get-go. I expressed to him that we had a poor past experience with slow and unreliable contractors, and Nick took our concerns seriously and checked in with us every work day (in person or by phone). The best way I can explain my experience with this company is that everything was done marvelously. One thing Nick promised us from day one is that we will get custom work. That's exactly what we received - custom remodeling in all matters of the project. Nick helped us hire a custom cabinet maker. They did custom kitchen cabinets, linen closets and our bathroom vanities. Next we needed custom doors and windows since our house was so old and we had to fit all sizes, so once again Nick helped us hire a custom door and window maker. Since we have a large space and the flooring runs through pretty much both top and bottom level and we didn't want to rip out the old woods, we had to hire someone to make us new custom flooring to match the old one that they had put in close to 90 years ago. We also ended up redoing all of our electric lines, plumbing lines, drain lines and gas lines. Nick helped us hire a plaster specialist who was able to duplicate the plaster texture that they had done many years ago. He also was able to help us find the company to duplicate the old plaster base and ceiling molding. Because this was such an old house and large house we had to get the right contractor to be able to do custom remodeling work. Nick was able to find us all the local specialists who work on older homes and are able to duplicate the quality and craftsmanship of what they had used earlier on. We had a lot of woodwork which needed to be customized not just installation but also custom making the actual moldings from scratch. One of the best things about Nick was that he had the answers to a lot of our questions. But what I like most about him is that he didn't get scared from a challenge and in fact pursuited head-on. If there was something that he didn't know he wouldn't just say well that's not my problem. He would go out of his way to help us find the right person or company to be able to do that. I'm truly grateful that we were able to find Nick and his company to be able to help us renovate this property. The house looks marvelous but the best thing about it is that you can't tell that it was done now it still looks like it was built 100 years ago. What Nick was able to do for us was that he gave us great ideas to be able to keep the old charm of the house but still update the house where we have a smart home and smart thermostat and the ability to be able to control a lot of different aspects from our phones or tablets. I truly believe that we spent a premium on this renovation. But it was definitely worth it because the house looks marvelous and the property values since we have done the renovation have gone through the roof. Nick was definitely the most expensive contractor that we had interviewed but he was also the most understanding and the most caring. Also another great thing about him was that he was always accessible to us. Whether we called him, texted him or emailed him he would always get back to us immediately. I submitted an online request to remodel my home in particular my bathroom and they were pretty fast in getting back to me! I got a phone call within an hour! They were very accommodating to my schedule and they scheduled an appointment on the weekend! My bathroom was a pretty small and simple bathroom with a single sink vanity and semi custom cabinets. My bathroom had too many lights and I decided to remove some lights and just keep two recessed lights as it was very tiny bathroom. My kitchen now feels spacious and now has a better flow. I have not completed a project through ABC, but I must say, their customer service, and honesty is INCREDIBLE! I submitted a project estimate request on their website yesterday afternoon through a user-friendly form and immediately received an email notifying me they had received my request. This morning Nick, from ABC, gave me a call to discuss my project. Nick was incredible friendly and told me that for my specific needs he preferred to refer me to a lighting designer they work with, who would be a better fit for the job. I cannot say how much I appreciate this. As a clueless consumer, I have been reaching out blindly to try to get this project going as quickly as possible, and so many companies either don't respond to you, drag you along unprofessionally, or flat you tell you they're not interested. I went to ABC and Nick to get work done on my home. It was a very large project and while I was hesitant, and scared at first, Advanced Builders and Contractors reassured me and walked me through the process before hand. I would like to start by telling you that I think ABC and Nick are a quality construction company. There was no task too small or too big. Nor was there any task that could stop them. They were very well informed of the codes and regulations of the city of LA. They were able to help me with numerous activities. They got us in touch with the right engineer and architect to design and develop the plans. Then when it came time to submit the plans of the city they actually were at the forefront of speaking to the plan tracker from the city of Los Angeles. In a fairly quick time they were able to get the plans approved and then we were ready to begin construction. Since this was a massive project for us and we had never done such a massive project in our home we were a bit concerned. But from the very beginning you could see that advanced b builders contractors was a quality contractor. Every person on their team knew exactly what needed to be done. Everyone had a schedule that they adhere to. Everyone knew what their role was. And if they had any questions that would always refer back to the set of approved plans and or their Superior. Some of the process in this home remodeling process took longer than expected. What others was fairly quick to be done for example they demolished their entire home within a matter of 3 days. But other things like plumbing and running drainage to the street from the back of the property line to the sidewalk took an immense amount of time. The drainage line had not been touched in many many years and it was very hard for the crew to be able to do it properly. They definitely took their time but at the end I'm happy to say that everything works really good. Other things for example like foundation and framing and electrical went by surprisingly very quick. I feel like if we didn't have so many different inspection bodies that the project would have been done in about 8 to 9 months. But because we had to deal with covid and delays as far as the materials and inspectors our project took about 12 months. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would refer this company out to anyone. Their staff would show up every day and work very diligently to accomplish what was on task for that day. For the amount of money I paid I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.
