You listened to my concerns and were sincere in your efforts to put my mind at ease. Thank you to the rest of the staff that took such good care of me on the day of my procedure. Your caring and kind consideration made a tremendous impression. You met me with smiles (real smiles), warm blankets and socks. I recommend Dr Popli and his practice to anyone needing their specialized services. See you again in a couple of years. Again, thank you.

Pre- and post-op review for a pre-screening colonoscopy procedure…read more My pre-op started like any visit with a doctor: ID, insurance at the front desk, and vitals with the nurse. Dr. Reddy met with me for a short visit to go over my medical history and reason for my visit. He walked me to Alex - the scheduler and knower-of-all-things, in addition to being personable and caring about my pending change in insurance carriers. On the morning of my procedure, I entered the lower level (before the posted office opening hours), and showed my ID and insurance, and confirmed my driver was on premise. From there, each step of the way I was treated with care and respect, and I was always asked to confirm my name, date of birth, and reason why I was there by the nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr Reddy. I felt at ease knowing what to expect next. After the procedure, I regained awareness and confirmed who I was (big theme here) and was given a quick review of the initial results by Dr Reddy and when to look for the official results. My departure, after dressing in my street clothes, was by wheelchair. Overall, I felt the staff ensured I was at ease through all the steps of the process, and I was. Post-script: The results were negative for the "C" word.

Dr. Aggarwal is an amazing Physician! She is always sure to inform her patients about what all…read moretheir medications' uses are, taking care to ensure they are aware of what they are being treated for and why. She defines the real-world meaning of scientific lab results and makes them easy to understand and apply to your everyday life. She makes medicine easy and spells out all the most important aspects of your future care. I went to her with what seemed like an encyclopedia's worth of medical history, and she took the time to go through each of my health issues and made sure I was where I needed to be with each one. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a well-versed MD! She sees patients of all ages, shapes, and sizes--so Altamonte MD is the perfect place to establish any family who wants centralized, one-stop care! She also performs GYN exams, making this location an excellent place to settle into for all medical needs! Her MA, Jamie is also an amazing medical professional, eliminating the inevitable "dreaded" feeling of the doctors office and replacing it with a cheerful, warm attitude and willingness to help. Jamie made me feel right at home. I've been to doctors' offices where nurses/medical assistants only exacerbate my already present "white cost syndrome" and that was simply not the case at Altamonte MD. Its cheerful music, clean and streamlined decor, and friendly staff made my visit relaxed and efficient. 5 stars!!!

When I became unhappy with my last endo I hit up More T Clinics from a friend referral. Unfortunately, its a cash clinic like most hormone clinics. However, this one is more than willing to work with you anyway they can. You can "subscribe" for their services monthly and everything is included or you can consult the provider, Sara and use your insurance for meds and labs. Sara has proven herself to be more knowledgeable than that of my last MD. She has a great deal of experience and leaves all of the decision making up to you, she simply is there to consult you. The most impressive part is that they are at your fingertips for anything you might need, questions, refills, med changes ect. Without hesitation, (even after hours), Sara is Ms. Jonny on the spot via email. This clinic has exceeded any expectations that I had by far and I would highly recommend them to anybody. I will be under the care of a new Endo soon, but my hope was to use this service to get regulated as my last Endo had tunnel vision and wasn't overly knowledgeable about hormones. I am confident that when I do see a new Endo that I can present to him a treatment plan that is tried and true thanks to Sara! They also offer many other services including weight management. Again, I highly recommend that anyone struggling with weight problems, hormonal imbalance due to ageing or anything else similar give them a try first. After I shopped around their prices were the best in the area as well.

I had Amore treat me for ED. They know a lot about blood flow but I found out after spending…read more$9,700.00 that blood flow is only 1/3 of what creates ED. The other two components are hormonal and mental. After getting three P shots, 1 stem cell shot and 9 G Wave treatments. I found that erections itself was not my problem, it was the ability or will to get an erection. No libido, caused by low T (390). Amore did blood work after they got my $9,700.00. I believe blood work should be the very first thing they do, long before they start treating for blood flow or taking your money. Although I must admit the $9700 did produce some benefits with more girth and length but my ultimate problem was more hormonal than blood related. The test revealed high Prolactin, LH, & FSH proving the pituitary glad is asking the testes to produce T but they simply can not. A bit of history is needed here ; I am in remission from Prostate cancer. 2 Years ago I had 26 radiation treatments that so far shows killed the cancer, (.26 PSA) but in doing so it also damaged the testes, making them not produce testosterone. This is a very common side effect of Radiation. If possible get proton radiation vs. X radiation. Reason is it has less splatter causing less adjacent tissue damage. Moffit at the time did not have a proton machine, they do now. I was going to have Amore administer testosterone but Moffitt cancer center requested me to visit a Urologist who will monitor my PSA. Testosterone does NOT cause prostate cancer but feeds any cancer that may be hiding and not seen. Today I got my first TRT shot, it cost me $3.00 per month vs. $180.00 a month through Amore. I feel more secure I am being seen by a doctor that understands cancer, not a clinic that does not deal in cancer. The last component of ED is mental, getting enough sleep (8hrs) and lowering stress as much as possible helps and it's free. I do not feel this is my problem but keep that in mind. In conclusion, I believe Amore to be professional although there is NO MEN, a bit strange but it is what it is. Every woman there from the receptionist to the Doctor treated me at one point or another which made me a bit uncomfortable. Do I feel $9,700.00 was a good investment? I am mixed on this considering fixing my hormone imbalance may fix the issue on its own. Time will tell. For someone that would be strapped to spend this much money, I suggest to first balance your hormones, get a pump and exercise. This would cost a fraction of the $9,700.00 and maybe all you need.

If you're reading this, I highly recommend that you do not go to this urgent care under any…read morecircumstances. You will likely just waste your time and your money. At the end of the day, you're better off going to your primary care physician. I went in expecting to receive medical care and guidance from a doctor, but instead, the doctor looked at me and asked me how I thought my symptoms should be treated. Excuse me? You're the doctor. You're the one who went to medical school and is supposed to know how to evaluate and treat my symptoms. I should not have to tell a medical professional how they should treat me after paying for a visit. What made the experience even worse was being told that I was feeling better when, under no circumstances, had I ever said that. I don't understand where that assumption came from or why words were being put in my mouth. As a patient, I expect a doctor to listen to what I am actually saying--not tell me what I supposedly said or how I supposedly feel. The prescription situation was another complete mess. I specifically checked to make sure my prescription was being sent to the correct pharmacy. After I was told the pharmacy information was wrong, they supposedly corrected it, only for the prescription to be sent to the wrong pharmacy again. I called back, was told it had been sent to the correct pharmacy, and still had to go through multiple hoops just to get a prescription sent where it was supposed to go. The amount of unnecessary miscommunication and runaround was ridiculous. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already been to this same urgent care a couple of days earlier for my ear and other symptoms. During that visit, I specifically told the provider that I believed I had a sinus infection. That information was documented in my medical notes. When I returned only a few days later because my symptoms had continued, I was told that I had not previously mentioned those symptoms, despite the fact that I could clearly see they had been documented during my previous visit. So I came back only a few days later with continuing symptoms that I had already discussed with the same urgent care, only to feel like the previous conversation had essentially been disregarded. Then I was asked how I thought my symptoms should be treated. This was an unacceptable lack of professionalism and communication. I understand that doctors cannot always give patients the diagnosis or treatment they want, but that is not the issue here. The issue is being listened to, having your concerns accurately documented, and receiving competent medical guidance for the money you are paying. As someone who has gone to college, built a business, and understands what it means to provide a service to paying customers, I can tell you that if I treated my own clients this way, I would expect to lose their business immediately and have my business practices questioned. This experience is exactly why so many people are hesitant to go to the doctor in the first place. Patients should not feel like they are jumping through hoops just to be heard and receive the care they came in and paid for.

Honestly the biggest scam clinic I have ever been to. My mom goes here so I thought I'd give it it…read morea shot too. If you are an addict then this place is for you!!! My mom suffers from pain pill addiction and told me she was going here for help- when really they just write her as many scripts as she wants. The doctor there is bullshit. I have asthma and I have medicines I NEED to survive. What did that bitch say? "Go sit outside in the sun you don't need steroids for your asthma" I've had it for over 15 years I know what medicine I need. They gave me a ONE DAY SUPPLY of the pills I needed and NO REFILLS on my inhaler and I've called over 5 times now trying to get more pills or even my inhaler and they literally just don't care. I now have to pay more money to go somewhere else so they will, i don't know? CALL IN MY PRESCRIPTIONS?? They don't accept insurance because they're running a front for writing scripts to addicts. I paid over $300 for them to give me NOTHING I needed for my asthma or regular medicine and listen to the lady bullshit with me for over an hour giving me holistic options for my breathing. Waste of my time and money. I also got my medical marijuana card here which I also DO NOT SUGGEST. Erik doesn't have his full license yet so he can only write you scripts for oil/concentrates, WHICH I CANT EVEN USE WITH MY ASTHMA. I wasted over $700 here to not have my scripts, to have a useless medical marijuana card which will expire in 6 months BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND WANTS YOU TO COME BACK AND RENEW. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER MARIJUANA DOCTORS THAT WILL NOT DO THIS! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. Want opioids and scripts you can't get anywhere else? THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Want a real medical marijuana card and regular scripts that are non-narcotics? Then please do not waste your time or money here. They only care if you're a tweaker with money in your pocket
