After we met Amazing Marta in Appliances we were fortunate again to meet Maricela, Designer Sales…read moreSpecialist in updating our Kitchen and Bathrooms. She was brilliant in her outline of what we needed and said we could schedule a date with her to have someone from Lowe's come out to take measurements to get started. Marta was brilliant and loved her work in Appliance and she and Maricela worked within close proximity to each other. We enjoyed watching them work together to help us make all the right decisions about what type of work we needed and then they followed up with us and gave us a plan. Maricela was attentive and very smart about her department and what we would need to get started. We were so grateful to have found two of the most outstanding employees ever....thank you Lowe's for hiring the #1 BEST employees to work with your customers. Because of Marta and Maricela we will alway shop at Lowe's in Pacoima. And, we will always want to work with Marta and Maricela. GREAT STORE...GREAT EMPLOYEES...GREAT PRODUCTS and so much more. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING AN AMAZING TEAM OF PEOPLE THAT WORK AT LOWE'S.

One of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I have had at Lowe's. My wife and I…read moreselected several geraniums and brought them to the self-checkout area. The cashier, Irene, was unsure about the pricing and asked us to take a picture of the garden section price sign showing the discount so she could process the items correctly. My wife went back to get the picture, but another employee, Araceli, stopped her and said she had placed the sign herself and knew the pricing. Araceli came to the register and stated that the geraniums were $5 each. We calmly explained that the sign clearly showed items under $10 were discounted to $1, while items over $10 were discounted to $5. The geraniums we selected were $9.98 each (as shown in the pictures). However, she was not willing to consider that there could be a misunderstanding. She repeatedly stated that she personally placed the sign and knew the pricing. I told her I would be happy to walk with her to the garden section so she could show us where we were mistaken, but she refused and said she was "not here to show" us anything, but "to tell you what's what." I understand that pricing mistakes and misunderstandings can happen. The issue was not the disagreement itself; it was the way the situation was handled. Instead of approaching it with patience and professionalism, the interaction became unnecessarily uncomfortable and felt like an argument rather than a simple customer service resolution. The following morning, my wife returned to the same store to purchase geraniums to be clear about prices and checked out near the garden section. Without mentioning the previous interaction, the cashier processed the geraniums at $1 each. This showed that our concern was valid and that this entire uncomfortable experience could have been avoided with better communication and a willingness to verify the information. I hope Lowe's provides better training on handling situations like this.

How quickly I could secure my in-laws house while she was hospitalized was priceless. It was actually done in less than 15 min and in less than an hour, total time. Thank you!

I have been taking my window screens to them for years. Almost always satisfied with the results (one time the screen was not centered). Anyways, since it was a big screen and I was using my RX, I took it early in the morning, when they opened, to avoid traffic. I was told by the rescreener that they have same day turnaround. I replied that I would probably return early the next morning. By one o'clock, I received a voicemail that my door was ready for pickup. I went over an hour later and got it. Very impressed with the service. I chose the SunTex? material, I believe it's called, to reduce the rays by 80%. I was expecting to pay at least $100. Price was $60 and change. I very highly recommend Cooper's

I would have been shocked and surprised if this hardware store got anything but 5 stars on Yelp…read more Anawalt Lumber store is my go-to whenever I need to buy things that other hardware stores don't have. Employees are very helpful, attentive, nice, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They know where everything is. It has a vast selection of items that people need and everything has its own price. Some things are even on sale. Walked in yesterday at exactly 2pm and was helped by a lovely lady by the name of Isabelle. She wanted to know how she could have helped me? What was it that I needed? I told her that I needed few items for my house. After she listened to my requests, she literally walked me to all the aisles that carried what I needed. Needed a Dust Buster and they had 2 different kinds. A regular one (39.99), and more of an advanced one for ($59.99). A long broom, a Lavatory Strainer for a temporary fix until our plumber gets the actual part to come and fix my bathroom sink. Then I saw a Pop- Up Stopper. What it does is that it closes the hole in the sink for hair, food, residue, not to clog up the sink. We also needed a small bbq grill (4th of July being right around the corner). Got that too. A toolbox with all the right tools in them. Had Red and Black. Got red..one of my favorite colors. Every now and then, something breaks down and either myself or my son has to fix/repair them. Honestly this store has everything for your house, car, office needs. I also got some cleaning supplies for the house. 409, Lysol (pack of 2), and Tide. Store was nicely organized, clean and fully stocked. Aisles were very easy to navigate. Big parking lot and I believe restroom/S too. Didn't have to use them. Thank you Isabelle, Anwalt, and management for making my shopping experience easy, seamless and effortless. For all that I paid less than $160.00 including tax.

Like all True Value Hardware stores, you definitely want one in your neighborhood!…read more I don't live near this one anymore, but I was driving by the other day and since I actually didn't need to stop at a hardware store, I popped in to spend my money here. They are not one of the big box stores, so they're not gonna always have everything you want, but they will help you search every aisle to potentially find it or possibly something similar. The staff is always pleasant and the prices are always fair (based on whatever economy it is at the time).
