Not exactly the best customer service or business model to close at 1:00 p. m., while potential customers are on their lunch break. My apologies in advance for leaving oil puddles on driveways throughout Miami. Met Willy of GAW on Wednesday, January 25th and explained situation with leak. My assumption was that oil was coming from in-between engine and tranny. Willy was honest from the start and stated it would take a few days. Explained it was my daily driver so he told me... let me see what we can do. Received a call about mid day with great news. The oil was actually coming down the engine from the valve covers. Long story short had to replace valve cover gasket, rocker housing gasket, and the crank case breather. Clean the hell out of my engine while providing updates via text including attached pictures. My overall experience at this shop was excellence and will be returning back. Thank You GAW for providing sound customer support. Forgot to include out the door by Thursday, January 26th mid day!

I highly recommend Castellanos Muffler and Tire. They perform high-quality work, but what impressed…read moreme most is how they stand behind their work when something doesn't go as planned. Recently, my son had a five-inch muffler tip installed at the shop, and unfortunately, it later fell off. When we brought the issue to the owner's attention, there was no hesitation and no excuses. He immediately ordered a replacement muffler tip, paid for it himself, and offered to install it at no charge. Mistakes can happen in any business, regardless of how good they are. What separates a great business from the rest is how they respond when something does go wrong. Castellanos Muffler and Tire handled the situation exactly the way a reputable business should. It's refreshing to see a company that takes pride in its work, stands behind its name, and genuinely takes care of its customers. It's no wonder they've been in business for over 30 years. Five stars and highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy muffler and tire shop in the area.

I don't know any other place that charges this much for installation and balancing of 4 tires and disposal
