I'm in the customer service industry and know how important it is to have a good customer service. A+++++. Bought a tune for my z4, Vral was kind and great to talk. However, they didn't get the tune right the first time and the I'm currently waiting for the second tune to happen. Negatives on this tune, the crazy long wait time for their "engineers to make a map". Basic headers, exhaust tune. The install from the shop once they had the map was 15 minutes, but a 4 hr wait to get a map. Not pleased, atm will use a different tuner for my other bmw read more

When are you guys stocking up on the gen 2 328i exhaust ? I can't get a hold of anyone who works here I've sent multiple emails.

A sensor on one of the tires had to be changed. The mechanic noticed a tire was completely worn out. Ended up the rims had to be reworked. I am satisfied with the work done last month. Will come back. Owner very attentive and helpful. One star lost because the very polite employee at the front desk did not do an optimal job as an intermediate between the mechanic and me. Finally I walked in the repair bay and the nice and competent mechanic came to me. It took only a few minutes to assess the situation then. If I had not done so I might still be sitting in the lobby with the bored front desk guys. Still, overall i'm very satisfied with the work and the people working there. read more

I made a 2 1/2 hour drive to Active Autowerke in my M5 and I quickly found out why it is the best shop around for any BMW. You want to make your BMW faster or into a full out race car, they are the best to do it. Their shop is amazing! Just walking in the front doors you can see all the trophies and magazine articles published about them and the cars they built and raced on display. I was really impressed on how clean and nice the inside and outside of the whole shop is. I was simply amazed at how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was there. They took the time to answer any and all my questions and did a great job on the installation. I can't wait to go back! read more

When looking to bring my '10 M3 In for service I wanted to bring it to a shop that knows their stuff and has good pricing. If you drive a BMW, do yourself a favor and take it to the guys over at ActiveAutowerke. They've been in business for over 30 years and offer World class, professional service. Just google them. From handcrafted superchargers, exhaust systems, suspension systems, pulleys, tunes, brakes, or roll cages, to oil changes or any type of scheduled maintenance you may need, the list goes on. They do it all, and for much less than any other shop you can find in Miami. You could take your car to the dealership and get your service done for double the price by somebody who could give a shit about your car and who probably hates his job, or you could bring it to the guys who are known across the globe for personally creating award winning race cars and have a passion that is unmatched. Did I mention they fully detailed my car after service? That's good business. I personally recommend Marisa for any service scheduling you need, and Andrew for showing me what a stage 3 supercharged M3 sounds like. Thanks guys. read more
