I talked to Moe at Tech Motors, and he said to try some alcohol in the tank to absorb the water. Nice of him to offer a do-it-yourself attempt, but it did not work :( So I had the truck towed to Tech Motors and they dropped the tank, cleaned it completely, ran some clean gasoline and fuel injector cleaner through it, and I was back on the road. I was greeted immediately by a helpful young woman and directed to a clean, cool quiet waiting room with a circulating air purifier. Nice! So far so good. In just a matter of minutes a nice young man Robert gives me the situation. I get nervous with my older difficult foreign sports car. They can be So temperamental ABD pricey!! ! However, Robert seems knowledgeable and puts my mind at ease. He gives me options and good advice, never pushing and not upselling.The pricing is SO reasonable! Sunset Service Center's Miguel was honest and knowledgeable. Miguel kept coming into the convenience store/cafe to tell me each thing that was being done to learn what was wrong with my AC. Since the car had no freon Miguel figured that there was a leak. He showed me two small seals which had liquid around them and needed to be replaced. He replaced the seals, vacuumed the system, filled up the freon, added dye to locate any leak, and told me to return the next week so he could check the AC. When I returned the AC was working perfectly, so Miguel knew the problem had been caused by the two worn seals. Miguel was honest when other mechanics might have told me the problem was serious and charged me lots of money. I value honesty and excellent service and will now take my car to Sunset Service Center for all my car servicing. I'm a very satisfied and COOL customer.

Went for an estimate (3rd estimate because the first two gave us differing issues) for wheel…read morealignment and to check for a wiggle in the tires. There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication from the front desk. He was funny but he definitely was lacking efficiency. Other than that it was great. Service was top notch.
