I was helped by a very nice young man named Matias Zambrano. I explained to him that I had gone to the store on old Cutler, where an intellectually challenged young man told me that my battery was fine. Matias checked the battery. Confirm the battery was for all intents and purposes no good. He then honored my warranty. I had three months left on this battery and very quickly installed the new battery. He went above and beyond by suggesting that I buy covers for the terminals to protect against the heat and the corrosion that we all see I was so impressed by him I complimented him to his manager.
