She's a very good doctor. But the wait time is insane. You could have an appointment for 10 AM and…read morenot be seen until 2:30. The ladies in the front are no help at all. You can never get through on the phones. They pick up and then put you on hold until you hang up because you no longer want to wait for them to pick up. The office is small times there is not available seat. It's just the worst. Oh and then there are patients that are traveling out of the country that come in for shots and pay cash they will be seen immediately. No even gonna mention the patients that are Spanish speaking that get the ladies in the front to move them to the top of the list. Hahaha. Yep So like I said she's a good doctor but it's not worth the BS you have to go through to be seen. So if you still want to give it a try, remember "You've been warned"

Great practice. I…read morewas recommended this place by more than one person who I trust, so I came here without hesitation. Glad I listened to them, because if I had listened to two of the reviews on this site, I would've been a lot more hesitant. I've been here 3 times so far - including 2 which were for procedures - with a final time coming in a few weeks. Each and every time the staff has been professional and the office has run timely appointments. I work in healthcare myself and see first hand out badly a lot of doctor's offices run behind - as a pt myself, it's utterly annoying to arrive on time for your appointment only to wait for a much longer period just to be seen. Here, the appointments have been generally on time - which is a welcome relief. The staff has been professional each time - from the receptionists in the front to Dr. Antony , who handled my procedures. Everything is clean. I didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered. The waiting room is a good size with plenty of seating. There is a TV or two along with several choices of magazines - so if you're accompanying someone, you have stuff to occupy your time if you don't want to use your device. The building is deceptively larger than it appears in the front. Parking is street, but you're better off using a side street unless you get lucky enough to find a non metered spot on Williamsbridge Road. No one ever goes into a doctor's office for fun - it's hard to find a quality place out there who treats you the way you should be treated as a patient and gives you the treatment that you need. This place is one I will be going to from now on for any gastroenterology issues and is one I will recommend to others looking for this particular specialty.

The quality of care is extremely poor. Do notttt come here you will be wasting your time and your…read morehealth is too important to put in the hands of these useless incels. The front desk staff is horrible, I think they're highschool girls or women who are close in retiring because the lack of knowledge is very telling. They don't communicate with each other which is why they never have accurate information for the patients. I've been calling for two months and today one nurse foolishly confirmed that the front desk hasn't been putting in any notes for pcp Mannam to return my calls in regard to come cardiovascular equipment! She thought she was doing something by explaining she sees two notes in my account, but where are the others that the front desk staff claimed to have put on my account? Exactly, because these incels aren't doing their job. I literally stop breathing in my sleep and I'm waiting till today for the stuff I need to help me. Does this sound like a place you would want to come to? They'll try to blame your health insurance as well, I've already contacted them and they've done their job. This is all an issue with Mannam Medicial at 1170 castle hill Bronx NY. I wouldn't recommend this place to a rat and I won't recommend the front desk staff of Mannam to a new job either. Terrible all around.

I needed a doctor around my home to be my PCP. I'd been traveling between boroughs for years, but…read moreduring COVID, my old PCP refused to open his doors and would turn away patients, having his receptionists tell us to go to urgent care, no matter what the issue. I just needed a physical, but was turned away. It was then that I finally made the leap to a new doctor (long overdue). I found Dr. Mannam's office and was happy to report that this far, he is a doctor that follows up with my care and is generally kind and provides prompt feedback regarding my health. He ends every visit with a hug (not in a creepy way), and it is refreshing given that my other doctor was so impersonal. At Dr. Mannam's, you feel cared for. Sometimes the reception desk gets overcrowded and it could take a while to be acknowledged, but I just wait patiently, sign in and then approach when someone is free. When I have an appointment, I'm glad to say that I haven't had to wait longer than 15-20 minutes to be seen. Other offices I've been to, I've had to wait 1-2 hours even WITH an appointment! Without an appointment, I've waited up to two hours as this office is popular in the neighborhood. Hope this review helps. Even with the risk of overcrowding his office, I would recommend Dr. Mannam.

This is one of their locations out of a few and unfortunately the doctor I wanted to see moved to one of the other locations. I only wish that was better explained prior to my appointment. A special thank you to Sandra and Mary, who were especially helpful prior to and during the appointment.
