I've been a patient of Dr. Wasserman (Internal Medicine) since 2007 upon the recommendation of another patient of his, a former business partner of mine. That was one of the best recommendations I could have ever received as Dr. Wasserman is truly a special and compassionate doctor and he treats each patient as a unique and special person as well, taking the time to get to know them thoroughly to not only treat them physically, but to find out if anything else could be bothering a patient emotionally in order to address ALL the potential needs of a patient.
Dr. Wasserman never rushes me out or takes any of my requests or complaints for granted - he also explains complicated medical matters, be it ailments, medications and treatments, prognosis, diagnoses, etc - all in a manner that's easily understandable, even to someone who has limited or no medical knowledge whatsoever. I've had some medical training and knowledge during my time working for a hospital, but it's limited compared to the formal education and training doctors receive, let alone nurses.
Appointment scheduling and availability has met my needs just fine. I find it easy enough to schedule appointments and there has never been an issue with this either.
I also consider Dr. Wasserman's staff in my review and they have been nothing short of helpful and kind.
All in all, based on all of my experienced as a long term patient, I must highly recommend Dr. Wasserman. He's the BEST physician that I ever experienced in my life. I do not plan on ever changing my primary care physician as long as Dr. Wasserman is still in practice and I hope he is for many, many more long and healthy years! read more
