My first experience with Advance Lashes Studio was 10/10! My lash lift and tint by Kim is gorgeous and exceeded my hopes. I'll be back when it's time for Kim to keep my lashes beautiful. read more

Went in for a lash lift and expressed multiple times that I wanted a very dramatic curl. I've had lash lifts in the past so I know the drill. She says she understands and then proceeds to give me the weakest curl and insists that anything more wouldn't have worked? Made no sense. She then proceeded to cover them in oil - a big no for a perm on your lashes. I basically spent $85 to waste my time for an hour. Didn't get my lashes wet for close to 40 hours but now the curl is gone. 0/10 would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

I have had lashes done with Advance Lashes for a few years now. (Since before they opened this studio month.) They are very professional, accommodating, and some of the nicest and sincerest people I have worked with. Alisa is a great instructor and lash master. Eric is very nice and communicates well. I am very happy that they have set up shop in Frisco and at a very convenient location. I recently had the pleasure of visiting their new studio and it is absolutely gorgeous. Located in a small shopping center with parking right in front. Their place is very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The waiting room when you walk in has a gorgeous flower wall perfect for a photo backdrop! I highly recommend Advance Lash Studios for services and for their lash extension classes - Alisa teaches in both English and Vietnamese. She also travels to other cities to teach as well. Wish them lots of success on their new business location! read more

My favorite lash place in Texas! They do incredible work and give me exactly what I want! I love the extra long and voluminous lashes that give a natural look and they do that for me! Every time I walk into the the location it feels so serene with the music and the decor. It's a relaxing experience and you walk out looking better! The prices are super reasonable and the lashes lasts several weeks! I highly recommend Alisa and Kim for eyebrows and lashes! Great job ladies read more

Kim Kim Kim!!! What can I say about her but she's the absolute best! I've tried others but none compare. I don't have very long lashes and they're on the thinner side but she always manage to give my lashes a thickness that I love! Wherever you are, she is worth the drive! She's such a sweetie! I promise you, you will leave impressed This is my honest review! read more

Well, the lash tech JEN was rude and rough. And then I got a bacterial eye infection. They were "gracious enough" to remove them for free, but no refund and the very difficult manager quoted their policy to me when I had the nerve to ask. Emergency room visit and medications + lashes cost me $500 and messed with my travel plans. I'd go ANYWHERE but to this place. This should be a pampering experience not stressful and causing fear of losing eyesight! read more

this is probably the worst place to ever go to. they're rude and only care about your money. i go in asking for a service that i wanted which is lashes, immediately upon walking in they say no do this. i'm sorry, im the one who chose it and if i wanted to that service i should. they then said it wouldn't look good on me and i need to do this instead. once again, i was trying out something different and didn't wanna do the one that they told me to do, but i went ahead anyways because it would've been embarrassing arguing about it. i then call a little bit later, just wanted to be informed about the refund policy if there was any, and if there wasn't no big deal, i was just curious. right when she picks up and i ask her she immediately starts getting mad and defensive saying why would you ever get a refund, you can't do that when you go out to eat. she started getting so upset the best i thought to do was hang up, all i was just trying to know was the refund policy if there was any. they're rude and don't get care about you. if i could give zero stars i would. don't go to some place they don't care about you. if you only wanna get rid of your money and have horrible service, this is the place to go. read more

Mia slayed my lashes! She gave me a top AND bottom lash lift and I feel like a new person! They have great customer service and great results too! (: read more

I have been getting my lashes done for 4 years. I stuck with my prior lash tech way too long. I always had an allergic reaction to the glue and she didn't do much to alleviate that. I switched to advance lash studio when they promised me they had sensitive glue and I haven't had any problems since! On top of that, their customer service is top notch. If they miss my call, they call back. They'll talk to you if you want conversation or respect the quiet time if you don't. They are very flexible with my crazy schedule and always do what they can to accommodate me!! 10/10 recommend!! read more

I loved my lashes when I first got them. Loved them. I received the "whispy" natural lashes from Becky. Well, I have to tell you, after spending a ton to make the appointment, then the cost of the first visit, only to have my lashes begin to fall out before I left, well, I was severely disappointed. By the end of week one (you MUST go back every two weeks or they charge you more) my lashes were all but gone. They tell you no water. So, I took baths, washed my face separately avoiding the eyes, and stayed out of the pool. That was no fun. And they still fell out. Not only that but no one noticed any difference. The second appointment I received new lashes, again loved them. But they fell out, they were uneven, and certainly not long enough because I have deep set eyes. I spent hundreds in one month, and have no lashes. Now I have to pay high prices somewhere else for a full set. Doesn't seem fair. Seriously disenchanted. read more

It took me a while to decide where and who I can trust with my eyebrows. This studio was recommended by a friend of mine. I have to say Alisa took her time and did such an amazing job on my eyebrows. Best decision ever!! Highly recommend this place if you ladies want to have the best looking eyebrows. read more

Alisa is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her every 2/3 weeks religiously for the past two years. My natural lashes are super short and no amount mascara would make them look somewhat noticeable. Which is why I started to look at lash extensions but when researching I read a bunch of horror stories about people losing their lashes, getting eye infections, techs using nail glue for the lashes, etc. so of course that scared me from even trying, however I came across a fb ad from Alisa and decided to just go for it. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! I always get compliments on my lashes and everyone assumes that they're real. I trust her whole heartedly and she never judges me when I snore during my fill appointments. A few months ago I also had her do an ombre fill for my eyebrows and I am in LOVE! From the shape to the color, it is all perfect! the best part is that when I wake up in the morning, I don't feel the need to wear make up anymore as long as my lashes and brows are done . If you're on the fence about trying lash extensions or getting your brows done, just do it! Don't wait, just call Alisa and make an appointment!! read more

I have been to a few lash places in the past and this is hands down my favorite. Alisa and Kim are like little eyelash fairies, you will leave feeling and looking your best. They are so meticulous and detailed in their work. The hybrid lashes I received were felt so light and comfortable and received lots of compliments. For those that don't want to commit to extensions I highly recommend the lash lift. Mia will take care of you and have your natural lashes looking beautiful and curled. All the ladies are just super sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend folks to check them out. The studio is also beautiful, clean and relaxing. So regardless of what service you are getting you will be comfortable and relaxed. read more

Love, love, love my lashes. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, so much so that I barely even noticed that my lashes were being extended to beautiful lengths. The technician was gentle and friendly, but first and foremost very professional. Would refer (and have) to family, friends and strangers too! Thank you for the youthful look my (now) beautiful lashes have given me. I can't wait to come back and try some of your other services as well! read more

Highly recommend! The first and only place I trust with my lashes. Been a loyal customer for 2 years and have never been disappointed. Second visit here. 1st appointment was with Sunny. She is Awesome!! I was so happy with her work, not to mention my lashes survived Halloween makeup. Refill time came around and I had another tech. She must have misunderstood what I wanted because I was not satisfied with the look. I gave 5 stars because I left happy! No complaints, because as soon I mentioned it, the owner swooped in to save the day! A happy client again. Great customer service. I appreciate good service and talent!!! read more

Avoid this lash studio at all cost. I recently attended their eyelash extensions course, and other courses (Microblading and Facial) one after the other. I am extremely unsatisfied by the poor customer services and disrespectful attitudes by the owner and the staff there toward their clients and students. The owner Ngan Phan and her husband Eric Truong, they not only didn't provide, but also not prepare missing items in the training kits to students when it came to class days. The trainer politely reminded both of them to send students the important numbing gel and they acted like it's not their responsibility and totally ignored sending the missing items in training kits afterwards. Given the fact they charged students high price for their course (almost $2000 for the Microblading course), you would think they would provide efficient customer services and do what they're supposed to do. But no, they are scammers. Don't waste your money going there getting their services done or taking their courses. read more

This was my first time getting my lashes done ever and Alisa was great! She's very gentle and great at what she does

Most amazing group of women. They do beautiful work. I am for sure a customer for life and I have been referring all my friends and family

My mother and I went to get our lashes done by Kim the lash artist there and she did a wonderful, soft touch with us, we asked for a classic natural look and oh my! It came out beautiful! It was my mothers first time ever to get her lashes done and she was very impressed and satisfied. They are so natural, I can brush them, get water on them while swimming and they are still there, unmoved, totally different from false lashes that I can glue and strip on. Ladies I say the investment into getting eyelash extensions by advance lash studio is worth the time and money, you won't be disappointed if you take care of them properly they can last up longer then the required time. I always use mascara two layers to get full long lashes but since ive been getting my eyelashes done by advance lashes there is no need for mascara! They do a spectacular job!!! Thank you ladies and can no wait to come back and get them done again! read more
