    Yonca Bobus has yet to return a phone call from seven messages left in the last two years. This management company is beyond apathetic towards the residence. They have no problem taking my money, but when I go to pay they have no idea how to find us in the computer. It's just laughable how poorly managed this place is. The only response we ever receive is via email and it's always ended with "attend the next HOA board meeting" well, that would be great if our work scheduled would allow. And they never answer any of the questions. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I cannot begin to tell you how many issues we have with our unit from flooded basement to stained ceilings from roof leaks, and now add garage, cars and mailbox break-ins! We have bare wood from zero maintenance on our unit in over two years, and by zero maintenance I mean literally no maintenance has been done to the exterior of our building in which we pay them to do. All I can say is this place is absolutely the worst.

    Horrid experience with their AR team; they do not communicate amongst themselves and have zero common sense. THE WORST.

    We have been residents in the Traditions neighborhood since before Hammersmith assumed management…read moreof our community. Historically, my wife has handled most communication with Hammersmith when issues arise. She has often mentioned how difficult it is to get a response from the management company after leaving several voicemails and sending several emails to Hammersmith, but until recently--when I personally had to reach out--I did not fully understand the level of frustration she had been experiencing. Unfortunately, my experience has confirmed her concerns. Over the past month, I have attempted to contact Hammersmith numerous times by phone. Despite calling multiple times per day and leaving several voicemails requesting a return call, I have only been able to reach a live person one time. At one point, I even began counting the number of unanswered calls aloud in a voicemail simply to emphasize the lack of response and my growing frustration. To this day, I am still waiting for a return call. Given this experience, I was honestly surprised to see that Hammersmith currently holds a 3.6 rating. Based on the communication issues I have encountered, that rating seems unexpectedly high. If someone from Hammersmith actually reads and responds to these reviews, I would sincerely appreciate a call back. It would be impressive to know that someone took the time to listen to one of the many voicemails I have already left--each containing my contact information--rather than requiring me to provide it yet again. More importantly, I would like to know how this communication breakdown is going to be addressed and corrected moving forward. Residents deserve a management company that is accessible and responsive when assistance is needed, especially when part of their job is to work with their customers availability. I truly feel for the customers of Hammersmith who may be experiencing the same frustrations with communication and lack of responsiveness.
