TLDR: bad altitudes, not good dental work, not good services, not care about patient and greedy…read more Dentist keeps saying I am "hangry" (hungry, angry & tired) when working on my teeth; and after work done, the dentist never ask how I feel and how good does the work help or not help my daily life, actually the fake teeth is very inconvenient for my eating now. We asked the Office Secretory to check with insurance company and get exact what would be covered and how much would be out-of-packet expense, and agreed the out-of-pocket amount would the only (final) amount we pay before we come in for the service, but after everything done and full amount paid, and when insurance decline some of their claims, they kept coming to us to ask for more money, regardless the previous agreement. As a matter of fact, when we asked insurance company, the insurance company keep saying they use the wrong code, I wonder if they were overcharged us or over-claimed, even though we had an oral agreement only responsible for a fixed full amount before start the work. Sitting in the exam chair is made to feel comfortable and reminiscent of catching up with an old friend. One of my favorite things about visiting the dentist are the doctor's minty gloves. Weird, yes I know. I didn't know they made such things. The first time he wore them during an exam, I had to ask if he was chewing gum - it was the strongest mint gum I'd ever smelled if so! I like the fact that when things are done and over, I don't taste nasty latex in my mouth from his gloves! All of the staff here are very friendly and extremely professional - from the ladies who staff the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dental assistant. My next appointment is already scheduled months in advance, and they'll be sure to send helpful reminders as the date gets closer. It's little things like the gloves, or the TVs and magazines, or just the courteousness of the staff that make this practice so much better than any of the rest.
