I thought only the dentist could drill. I called to report it and was asked to come in, only for the dentist to tell me that it would heal quickly and prescribe some mouthwash. No incident report was filed and that dental tech probably still works there. I had no follow up and will never return!! Six months later, I have pain and it feels like some fillings are missing or need repair. Simply awful.

He is always willing to spend time answering any questions, and his office utilizes technology that I haven't seen at any other dental office (e.g., a pen-sized camera to take cool pictures inside your mouth!) The staff are very friendly (especially the receptionist, Elaine). I've never had any issues with scheduling or re-scheduling an appointment, and they are very flexible with their hours. I've had appointments as late as 6pm, which is perfect for people going after work. One thing I hate about going to the dentist is having to wait a long time, even with an appointment, but this was never an issue here. The waiting area has plenty of seating, and there is a clean bathroom available to brush your teeth before your appointment.
