Then there are times that I do reach the office, but they ask if they can call me back...and they usually don't. My biggest gripe is how they don't work with my insurance very well. I'm on a DMO/HMO. You figure that since it's a dental "maintenance" type of plan, and the fact that they are one of the few offices that support this plan, they would know what is covered. But they don't. They just run whatever they consider normal treatments under their guidelines, so I'm left with covering extra fluoride treatments out of pocket. Kind of annoying, but it's also what I get for trusting that they know how stuff works (if I were more cynical, I'd say it's extra profit for them).

She gave personal information to a company I am not familiar with. This broke HIPPA laws! I will be contacting the ADA, attorney general, BBB, FTC for this. I will be asking for the crown made for my husband and if they no longer have it... I will be filing a dispute on my credit card. We also have a credit balance for that crown and the $100 reserve appointment fee. (I don't get asked for this reserve.) We will be getting our pre-paid $ back. We will be looking for another dentist... Oh, forgot to add, the turn over in staff is awful you will never get the same hygienists b/c they moved on and the Dr. turn over isn't much better. They ruined my speech, singing, harmonica playing, and general quality of life and create these big shelves at the top as a place for more food to get stuck and rot my teeth out. And then, they made some molds in order to sell me more appliances (wanting to charge for any Medicaid money they can get), and then lost the molds but claimed they had made me a bridge anyway, charging the government for it so I can never get that actually done by another dentist. When the next dentist I went to told me this, I asked them to call them about it. They claimed they couldn't remember anything about it. 6 months later? And they keep no records? It was bait and switch in the first place, as I picked the dentist's name out of a list because they run a Clintonvile office that looks nice and that I thought some people I knew went to. But, it turned out to not be that dentist at all, just one of her many minions. And yes, no one spoke English well and that was a problem as well. And, the assistant appeared to be drunk or on drugs and kept stepping on my feet (which stuck out because of the children's chair they had me in in their messy unequipped office.)

I put off having my (non impacted) wisdom teeth out forever. Found myself having more TMJ issues…read moreand teeth crowding, so in my 40s, I decided to have them out. Did some research and found this office was in network with my dental insurance. I left them a message to schedule and they got back to me right away. Walked me through all of the details of scheduling a consultation and completing the digital paperwork. Friendly enough and very helpful/efficient. The office is inside Riverside hospital, which is interesting. Free garage parking for under 2 hours is awesome. Office is down a little hallway, but once you find it once it's easy to navigate. Office is calm, quiet, and clean. It's really nice if you're a nervous person like me. The atmosphere helped keep me calm. Dr Williams and the staff at Williams Oral Care took great care of me! Scheduled my extraction after my initial consult, put the required 50% down. They were in network with my dental insurance so we're able to provide me a near-perfect cost projection ahead of time (this is what the 50% payment was based from). Once my extraction day came, they walked me through the procedure, I signed some more papers, and they got me all ready. I was a little nervous but everyone put me at ease. It was a quick, efficient surgery and went smoothly! I was fully under but zero negative side effects (aside from gagging on all the gauze in my mouth lol). I'm 4 weeks out now and healing well! The whole process sort of isn't pleasant, but if you need oral surgery, I highly recommend Dr Williams' office!

Despite explaining the situation, we were told our appointment would not be honored. This was especially frustrating because I had flown in from out of town specifically for this visit, and my daughter had taken time off work to be there. Given the circumstances, I expected at least a little understanding or flexibility, but there was none. The lack of compassion and unwillingness to accommodate a minor delay made the entire experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend reconsidering how situations like this are handled in the future, as it reflects poorly on patient care.
