Friendly greeting and promptly bringing my car into the service bay was a good start to a great experience. Both techs teamed-up to get me out of there super quick and I was grateful for sitting less than an hour and not having to call for someone or Uber to pick me up. They have a nice selection of snacks, coffee and water in the waiting room, so I got a free bottle of water too!

I had a Jeep hood painted at this shop in May 2025. In less than a year, the paint is already…read morefailing--there are swirl marks throughout, along with bubbling and sections where the paint is lifting off the hood. After bringing it back, I was told the bubbling and peeling are due to a previous paint job not being properly prepped, and that they will not cover it. However, this was never mentioned before they painted it. At no point was I warned there could be an issue or that additional prep (such as stripping the hood) might be necessary to prevent failure. A professional shop should identify surface issues and communicate risks before doing the work--not after the paint fails. Instead, they proceeded, and now I'm left with a defective paint job in under a year and no accountability, despite being told they offer a lifetime warranty. If you're considering this shop, make sure you get everything in writing--especially regarding prep work and what their warranty actually covers--because based on my experience, they do not stand behind their work when it matters.

I must say that jack's delivers on so many levels. first off, they came highly recommended by at least four different people that have been in the area for a looong time. they have a nice sized lot. the office does look a little older, but i believe they've been around for a long time. i have been there twice already in a short period of time. i've had both major work and minor work done there. and each time i have been very happy with the service. jack's has been nothing but flexible in regards to scheduling, dropping off and picking upmy car. and they have been by far the best cust svc i have experienced in a very long time. they have always answered their phones and returned calls and even provided follow up calls. I know that sounds standard, but if you've been to a nbr of garages you will know that it is not the norm. not only that, but they are prepared with plenty of drop envelopes for key drops... they keep your contact information on file. just very considerate of customer interactions. and the workers (three of whom i've spoken with in person or on the phone) all seem genuinely nice. that paired with the so far exceptional work they have done, i am already a loyal customer! :o) other garages no more! ;o)
