Adam apologized and gave me a higher rated blade for the same price which I really appreciated. He offered to put them on and carried on friendly conversation as he did. (He didn't seem annoyed as some auto parts employees are when they do things for you) The only feedback as far as improvement would be to not lay the purchased items on the vehicles. I am very cautious with my car and that made me nervous. But he was excellent and would recommend others go to this location.

Thats because Oreilly's as a company dont value their employees. I always get great help finding what I need in here. At times they just let me go in the back and dig through bins to find odd connectors. But its always fast friendly service. In High Point this is the place to go. Keep your eye on the specials you can get a great deal on their sales. Today, it was excellent service all around.
