I feel safe and comfortable while waiting on my vehicle. At the same time, my dad who is all into this sort of thing is super comfortable there as well and treated with the utmost respect and patience. When I went to pick it up, they had also done an NC Inspection and charged me full price, although I did not request it. They told me I was close to the date; so they went ahead. I was aware of the date. However, I had a coupon (highly discounted) for an inspection and planned to use it at different service location .
