The gentleman told me to call AMPM , because his company and AMPM was the only ethical roadside companies within 25 miles of my location. I called them and they immediately picked up and dispatched a mechanic to my location. The mechanic immediately located the problem, left the scene, went to Freightliner, paid for the part, installed it, all without accepting a deposit. I appreciate businesses like that. I expected at least a $2000 bill, but it was well below half of that. My truck is running and I am grateful for AMPM. Keep up the good work guys, us truckers need honest shops like yours.

The owner recommended the best quality tint, which was ceramic. The process took a couple of hours to complete. However, we were a bit dissatisfied with the results. There were some scratches on the front windows, and the windshield had minor imperfections that caused slight headaches while driving. Additionally, there were small bubbles on the windshield. We took the car back, and they decided to redo the entire job, keeping my car overnight. Mistakes can happen, and nothing is perfect; it's all about customer satisfaction. So here I am to tell my story and make sure other ppl won't fall for the way it is presented online! I spent $1400 with them simply for oil change and fixing my AC so I can safely and comfortably drive it back to Dallas Texas. They told me it is ready for pick and everything is working properly, I went tp pick it up and and what I saw was a beginning of a nightmare. The glove was disconnected completely and was thrown in the cabin and next to it there was a can of some spray that they for got there. As if someone just left the truck without completing the job (refer to photos). Furthermore, the AC worked for the first 10 minutes of driving and stopped, I ended up driving to Dallas without AC because the punk ass dude in the cashier told me over the phone that he want few more hundreds to replace another part in the AC. 1400 is not enough for this greedy. Anyway if all this is not enough, the desert was that both lights tie pressure and check engine were on when I arrived to pick up the truck. That is of course after an oil change and service yes?! We returned our POS RV more than 1 week ago, we are still waiting for our $500 security deposit to be returned. I've called numerous times and left messages, emailed, but no one ever calls back. I didn't listen to my gut feeling when booking this rental. The real clue was the rental must be paid in full 30 days before rental period. Which means you can't go back to your credit card company to fight them. Our POS camper experience. Things that didn't work. 20 miles down the road, the check engine light came on, the mirrors were vibrating, but tolerable, but by the time we reached NC you could see out of them, as you'd stop to adjust them, and as soon as you got up to speed they would blow in. I called them "the last time the ever answered the phone" They said buy a cheap tool kit and tighten it, save the receipt and they would reimburse us. Shouldn't the RV be stocked with basic tools? That was in Sylva NC, from there into the Smokey mountains with no reception, or power. Starting up the hill the A/C would not blow out the vents, but on your feet {another vacuum leak} once we got to our first camp site first thing we found out, the house batteries were dead, and would not hold a charge. Okay flashlights for the night. But by morning we got up to make breakfast and everything in the fridge was warm. It didn't work, we had propane, but still would not keep anything cold, or the least bit cool. So down the mountain into a town to buy a ice chest, ice and more food...... That night it rained, hard, well the front vent was leaking like crazy. Also, we had to spend 3 days cleaning the bathroom, the floors just to make it not feel like a gas station bathroom. The carpets are stained, flooring patched, with the floor feeling like your going to fall through in places. This might be fine rental for you weekend race fan who just need a place to pee and pass out drunk, but not for anyone else. We flew in for Los Angeles expecting a normal working half way decent RV, but we didn't get it, we were stuck with the POS and now we can't even get our security deposit back. I wish now I had rented one of the traveling RV signs now instead..... So Yelp is my first of many places to vent and warn people of the scammers. If anyone know if I can report them to the Georgia department of health, or highway safety, or????? Please let me know! This company is giving Georgia, a real bad name, and I never again want Georgia on my mind......

Furthermore, a representative named Angela Teaver threatened to file a police report over what is clearly a civil contractual disagreement--a tactic that may constitute a misdemeanor under Georgia law. ​FORMAL ACTIONS TAKEN: As a professional with 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in legal and compliance, I do not take these matters lightly.
