I walked in two minutes early, and Melody the desk was very taken back and told me that she was not open in a very rough attitude. She told me that there was no appointments for me at 7:30 but she doesn't have anyone that comes in until 9 o'clock that even remotely able to help me. That was not her problem that it was corporate's problem and tough luck. Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.
