However, I recently bought a 2002 Jeep and for whatever reason, the thing did not have roof rack cross bars. So I logged onto LKQ's website, searched for my model, and boooyaa; it popped right up. 3 of them, pictures and all. I could see right from the pic that they had what I needed, and no call was necessary. 30 minutes and a $3 admission fee later, I was in the most well-organized auto junk yard I'd ever seen in my life. I used to hit Bearly Used and Copher's back in the day, and it was always a struggle to find what I needed. Not here though, I went right to the Chrysler section, and easily found what I needed. Pulled off the cross bars, paid $14 and I was gone with the wind! The staff was jovial, and it's only 30 minutes away, so I feel I will become very intimate with LKQ.

Once I turned off the A/C and radio everything settled down and started working properly. My 2,000,000+ commercial miles of driving experience told me that I had a bad battery, alternator, or nasty electrical problem; possibly all three. I went to Autozone and Andrew tested my battery. The results came back; BAD BATTERY replace at once. The only battery Andrew had in stock that would match my car was the top of the line $300 battery. Did he try to convince me to buy it? NO! He looked on his computer and told me that the $199 battery for my car was in stock at another AutoZone near by. He even called over there and told them to expect me and gave them the make, model, and year of my car to save time. This is service! The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I had to drive to another location to purchase a new battery. Not too long ago this battery would have cost $150, but I guess everything to do with car parts is going up in price during these trying times. Free testing and installation means AutoZone gets 4 stars, but Andrew gets 5!

O'Reilly's offers the following free of charge; oil recycle, electrical test, wiper blade installation, check engine light, also they loan tools too. On my first visit, we waited for a really long time without being waited on and then we found out they didn't have our part. We found it next door. The second time, the person behind the counter was super rude. This last trip I waited for 10 minutes without being addressed. The employees were in the back having a personal conversation the entire time. 10 freaking minutes. Someone could literally walk out with anything and the employees would never notice. Anyway, I left (without interaction and without my part) after waiting 10 minutes. I found my part next door and they actually had great customer service and hooked me up with an unbeatable deal.
