They said yes. I paid double what you could get a filter at Walmart for. Open the box its made in China. The Napa store on Belcher overcharges and needs to train their staff in friendly customer service. This is why box stores are going out of business.

If you want a low-key car buying experience then buy a Subaru. We'd been looking for a SUV/wagon…read moreand thought to drop by and see what they had. We were quickly greeted by our sales and leasing consultant, Andy. He is a low pressure amiable guy. We found the wagon that we wanted on the lot but it was already sold. Apparently, the Outback Touring model is a tough one to keep in stock. After a couple of days, we decided to put $1K down and order the wagon (which is assembled in Indiana). Andy kept up email contact with us at least once a week as we were both motivated for a quick sale. We were told 6 to 8 weeks and it arrived in 5. We were pleasantly surprised when our wagon arrived. There are a bunch of high tech innovations on the Outback Touring model and Andy was very patient with us in explaining the ins and outs of the wagon. We were told that we can give him a call with any questions. I'm glad that they have concern for the customer after the sale because most dealerships do not. As far as financing goes, we had secured a pre-approval from our credit union prior to shopping for a vehicle. However, Subaru did offer 0% financing and that looked very appealing. We applied at the dealership and were approved for the 0% but it's only for 48 months and we wanted to do 60. They said OK but the rate would be just a bit higher. The good news was that it was still below what our credit union could offer. The bottom line: We felt no pressure from the sales staff. It was actually an effortless shopping/buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. If you haven't checked out the Subaru's, you should stop by and take a test drive. They're awesome vehicles!

Auto...Parts! this particular store is very nice, and I go out of my way to go here rather than other big named stores in the area. I had a battery replaced here about 2 yrs ago when my parents were in town. Welp...my dad used his phone number for the registration on the battery. I told the Manager there the situation that I was currently going through, verified my Dad's old phone number and boom, replaced the battery without even asking anything else. I asked if I had to do any paperwork, etc and he said "Nope! You're good I'll take care of the rest, have a great day." Any other store would have given the warranty run-around and I am certain I would have had to pay for a new battery even this one technically was still under warranty. I've been here several times over the years for random Auto-Parts needs and everyone at this location is great. Thanks O'Reilly!
