We were told a day and it took a few. We got the truck back and drove it a few days and it was leaking. That cost was several hundred dollars. We took it back and were told it was not a rear main seal it was either the oil sender, oil pan seal, or rocker arm covers. I needed to get some body work done and took it to a man who does both repair and body work. While he had my truck Fred replaced the oil pan gasket, oil sender, and checked the rocker arm gasket. It still leaked. Fred then said he did not think A & S replaced the rear main seal and said I should take it back to A & S. He also said they definitely did not replace the gasket which should have been done when they replaced the rear main seal. I then got an appointment and took it back to A &S and were told we would get it back the same day. A & S said the gasket did not come with the seal and we checked with where we bought it and it does come that way. I checked with another Auto Parts store and they said the same, it comes with the seal. Either way I was told when they did one they should have done the other. Four days later the work had not gotten the work done and we were told to pick it up because they could not get at it until next week and missed a very important event. We took it back the next week and they again took it apart and they had to replace the rear main seal again saying it was defective. They had O Rileys bring one to them. At no time did they quote another price. For the work they were to do we were told $60.00 plus fluid @ $59.00 to service the transmission. When they found the seal no good they did not quote another price. When we arrived they said $400.00. We argued the point and finally they forgave the debt. We asked for the part and a receipt. They changed their mind and demanded $400.00 cash and blocked my truck in. Then they could not find the keys for 30 minutes. My wife after 30 minutes or more of arguing got them to agree to credit and wrote across the page UNDER PROTEST. She also said she was going to fight the charge. I forgot the get the part they took off to take back to O'Rilieys and we left. The truck was not taking off right and has not driven right since. I went back the next day and they tossed my parts. I was going to see if the parts store would give me back some of the money I was out. I told them the truck was not shifting right but they turned and walked away. Now I am told I need about $400.00 to fix the problem. I took it AMMACO and another place in Riverview they both feel it could be a wire or just the way everything was put back together. Either way they have to pull the transmission our.

Thanks to Eric in service the vehicle was repaired right the first time and when they said it would be. I was happy with the repair, but ended up trading it in anyway. The purchasing process went very well with the help of my salesman Joe. There w's never any pressure to buy, and that goes a long way. I will definitely purchase my next car from this dealership.

I was locked out of my vehicle after using my own diagnostic software, not realizing it had a bug when diagnosing a throttle body code. Because my vehicle was in a "no crank" state, I was forced to take it to a dealer to unlock it since it required a certain level of professional software. Since it was already at the dealer for this, I had them fix the original issue, which was the throttle body. They charged me a total of ~$1900 to unlock the software, "diagnose" the issue that I already told them about, and replace the $122 part. So the labor was exponentially high, but I ate it. Well, after driving the vehicle home, which drove fairly rough, I opened the hood to see that the High Temp (engine) coolant reservoir was significantly overfilled and the Low Temp (intercooler) reservoir was underfilled. Further, I used a borescope to inspect the throttle body. The part was new, but the throttle body was not torqued down properly and the air pipe to the throttle body was not properly seated or tightened down either. There was also a new dent on the passenger side door. The screw covers for the engine cover were missing and one of the bolts was left stripped and halfway out. Brandon Garcia is the service advisor that I worked with. I reported these problems and sent over the evidence. They agreed to replace the engine cover and refund $300, but neglected any responsibility for the dent. So then, they still made $1600 on improper service that I had to correct myself. They took partial accountability for the issues, but repeatedly tried to gaslight me that it was normal, parts were already missing, or the dent was already there. I was able to objectively counter most of those claims, but the dent is harder to prove. However, the tow company states there was no pre-existing damage and the dealership has no images or documentation denoting pre-existing damage. Imagine someone who doesn't understand cars is in this situation, or maybe someone more vulnerable. Just imagine how this dealership is going to take advantage of them. Is this someone you want to trust? I wouldn't. Brandon Garcia and Ed Morse have done the bare minimum in taking only partial responsibility for damages and negligence. It's unfortunate that such unprofessional and untrustworthy organizations and people exist.
