When I returned from shopping, the dents were supposedly fixed and there was some acetone on it which he said I should wash off later. The dents looked good and I paid him. He gave me the information about his business, which was this one. When I washed off the acetone, there was still a significant crease in one of the dents. Obviously he had put the acetone on it to hide that crease. If indeed it was the Paul from this company, I would not trust him. If not, then someone is using this to fool people. I should never have trusted him and for that I will accept blame, but I also will not recommend this company and will tell people to steer clear of it.

The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

One they inspected the tire they advised there were 2 plugs used previously and whoever put the plug in actually stripped the belt causing the tire to be flat and unrepairable !And the the leakage detection is actually coming from the plug. As a result I just had to buy a replacement tire . If you can not do simple plugs on a tire and at the same time lack the decency to inform the customer who paid you in full , when you ruined something You do NOT need to be in business. Unacceptable. I absolutely will be informing everyone I know in the Riverview/gibsonton/Apollo beach area to avoid this shop at all cost.
