My grandmother purchased a gray Chevy HHR from this dealership, and it turned out to be completely unreliable from the start. The vehicle had numerous issues and should never have been sold in that condition--especially to an elderly customer who trusted she was getting something safe and dependable. After repeated problems, they had to come pick the car up around 10 different times. Eventually, they replaced it with another vehicle. Unfortunately, that situation has been just as bad, if not worse. The replacement car has had ongoing issues since day one: * It will not shift into overdrive * The transmission light has been on since we received it * It has serious overheating problems We brought the vehicle back to them to fix the overheating issue they were already aware of. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they charged $300 for a radiator--which did NOT fix anything. The car is still overheating, and now they refuse to take responsibility or make it right. To make matters worse, the original car my grandmother bought is now sitting in their junkyard--raising serious concerns about why it was sold in the first place. When I tried to address the situation, the owner responded by calling and cursing at me instead of handling this professionally. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to think twice, especially if you are buying for an elderly family member. No one should have to go through this. We simply wanted a safe, reliable vehicle and fair treatment--and we did not receive either.

They said I could have it towed over the weekend and they'd work on it Monday. The towing company (not Storm) was delayed so the car wasn't towed until around 9 on Monday morning. I tried calling Storm several times after they opened at 8am to let them know, but got no answer so I left a voicemail. Around 9:15 (over an hour past opening and after my car had been dropped off), I got a call from a woman stating that they were closed for the day because the entire staff was sick, and they "hoped" they'd be able to get to my car tomorrow. While I recognize that illness is not in anybody's control, I was very upset that (despite having my contact information and knowing that I was having my car towed) nobody could call me at any point over the weekend or prior to my car being towed Monday to let me know that they'd be closed. Clearly, some people were well enough to make calls, they just decided not to call me until my car was stuck there. They also apparently had enough warning to leave a note on the door (again, they knew I was not going to be going there prior to having my car towed) but not to call customers who had scheduled service appointments. When I expressed my frustration on the phone, rather than offering a genuine apology or assurance that my car would be handled as soon as the staff was well enough to come in, I was told "we can't control when people are sick." I found this to be quite belittling, as again, I recognize that illness is often unavoidable. I truly appreciate when a business puts the health of their employees first, even if that inconveniences me as a customer; my irritation stems from the fact that at no point could someone (who was obviously able to come in based on the note and the call I eventually received) give me the decency of a heads up that my service appointment was effectively canceled. Because of Storm's total lack of professionalism and standard of service, I had to have my car towed twice in one day. This has led me to be without a vehicle for at least one extra day as well. Thankfully, there were other mechanics in the area who could help.

I was quoted $220 to put in 2 Catalytic Converters in a 2010 Supercharged Range Rover sport. I ordered my genuine parts from the Land Rover dealership once my parts arrived I scheduled the installation for the next day. When I brought the vehicle in the shop owner offered to source the parts. I told him I've already purchased the parts from the dealership. He responded "that is fine" and they began to get started. I waited the estimated 2hr for work to be completed. I stepped out to get get lunch and I received a call from them saying they were having trouble fitting the catalytic converter's to the manifold pipes. They said the fittings were not the same. I contacted the Land Rover dealership who confirmed the part numbers. They then told me they can take the system back down to correct the spacing and re-fit the catalytic converters for an additional $200 or they can cut the inlet off of the old catalytic converter and attach it to the new catalytic converter because they felt that would make it fit. Dealership advised against this saying altering a part would void the warranty. I asked them to put the vehicle back together that it's probably best I go to another shop. 5 min late I got my truck back went to leave and it stalled out multiple times. I pulled over and viewed the catalytic converters fittings, both were left completely loose with a 1/2 in gap. The check engine light, restricted performance light, and low battery light are now on and the truck barely runs. When I returned they kicked me out and refused service after telling me I bought "eBay parts" They also refused to refund payment although they never completed the job properly. I had the vehicle towed to another repair facility immediately. I would stay far away from here if you value your vehicle.
