Currently I drive a 2007 with a 6.0 Power Stroke that I bought new. During the course of the last 13 years I have taken the truck to dealers and various mechanics for service when I needed it - that is until a dealer mechanic did me a favor, took me aside and told me about Ken. Now I don't go anywhere else. Ken at Ken's High Tech has done my maintenance and repairs now for about 8 years and he has saved me thousands of dollars. Recently I took my truck in to have the engine changed out due to the truck having 562,000 miles on the engine. Ken installed a Ford re-manufactured engine and the necessary extras needed for that sort of repair. The result is that I now have a new running truck again looking forward to another 500,000 miles. This time Ken saved me $6,700. over what the dealer wanted for the same repair and roughly $50,000. when you consider the price to replace the tuck. Whether you need routine maintenance or a major repair, Ken has already done it many times and will advise you honestly and fairly. He is top rated for excellence given only when proven by Ford Motor Co which is very rare to find outside of the dealer garage. After you meet Ken and his sweet wife Rita you will have new friends for life. Great people! Tim -

When I arrived with the kit, the owner introduced me to the technician who would be working on my car, Juice. I was on a tight timeframe and told them 2 weeks is as long as I can go without my car. I was reassured multiple times this would be no issue, and it would be completed before 2 weeks! 70% upfront payment was necessary, 2 weeks go by, and I am called that they need 3 more days. I live 40 minutes away so decide to stop by the shop. Here, I am told they will actually need at least another week! BecausGe of all this waiting I expressed to him my concern with getting my car back onto the road because I also need to go to a muffler shop to have them install a custom exhaust. This again is no problem for the shop, and they quote me a 400$ price to custom fabricate a catback exhaust (turned out to be a nightmare!). I recieve the car about 23 days later and am extremley dissapointed with the result. As you can see in the photos, the body lines do not line up at all, the underskirt drags on the ground (neglected to bolt it down with the 8 factory screws), and the sideskirts stick out! To make matters worse, the exhaust fabrication job was awful! After hearing a rattling noise that they could not solve even though it was not like this when I brought it to them, I took it to another shop, and was informed an exhaust is not meant to be in a fixed position. Originally the catback had two hangers, allowing the exhaust wiggle room at the engine moves upon acceleration. This fixed position caused the midpipe to scrape the bottom of the car, causing me to need a whole new fabrication job! AVOID THIS PLACE!

My grandmother purchased a gray Chevy HHR from this dealership, and it turned out to be completely unreliable from the start. The vehicle had numerous issues and should never have been sold in that condition--especially to an elderly customer who trusted she was getting something safe and dependable. After repeated problems, they had to come pick the car up around 10 different times. Eventually, they replaced it with another vehicle. Unfortunately, that situation has been just as bad, if not worse. The replacement car has had ongoing issues since day one: * It will not shift into overdrive * The transmission light has been on since we received it * It has serious overheating problems We brought the vehicle back to them to fix the overheating issue they were already aware of. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they charged $300 for a radiator--which did NOT fix anything. The car is still overheating, and now they refuse to take responsibility or make it right. To make matters worse, the original car my grandmother bought is now sitting in their junkyard--raising serious concerns about why it was sold in the first place. When I tried to address the situation, the owner responded by calling and cursing at me instead of handling this professionally. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to think twice, especially if you are buying for an elderly family member. No one should have to go through this. We simply wanted a safe, reliable vehicle and fair treatment--and we did not receive either.
