They've always offered to carry the battery out to the car for me (why... you may ask, does Beth have so many batteries? the answer is 2 boats, 2 jet skis, 2 cars and an RV). Sometimes they have to charge it overnight to see if it's going to hold a charge, which is a bit of a pain but understandable.

I was quoted $1700 for my rear break lines leaking and was denied service to my front wheel bearings. After I got my car back my parking brake was tightened way too tight to the point where it was almost undrivable. Later I inspected my rear break lines and couldn't find any leaks and had to go to a different shop to just get my park brakes adjusted. Definitely be careful going here, would not recommend.
