When I called the owner the owner was nothing but rude on the phone and insisted there was no way to prove they cracked my windshield. So no on top of paying for my car to be fixed I'm paying for a new windshield too. Don't take your car here.

I also had another issue that a Ford dealership shop quoted me about $800-$900 dollars. Lane's was able to save me over $500 by checking around and getting me the best price possible. They are always kind and friendly. Needless to say this is the only shop I take my car to,even for the average oil change.
