There are three auto parts stores within walking distance and this is the worst of the three. On my first visit, we waited for a really long time without being waited on and then we found out they didn't have our part. We found it next door. The second time, the person behind the counter was super rude. This last trip I waited for 10 minutes without being addressed. The employees were in the back having a personal conversation the entire time. 10 freaking minutes. Someone could literally walk out with anything and the employees would never notice. Anyway, I left (without interaction and without my part) after waiting 10 minutes. I found my part next door and they actually had great customer service and hooked me up with an unbeatable deal. Do not go here. I won't make the mistake again.

Once I turned off the A/C and radio everything settled down and started working properly. My 2,000,000+ commercial miles of driving experience told me that I had a bad battery, alternator, or nasty electrical problem; possibly all three. I went to Autozone and Andrew tested my battery. The results came back; BAD BATTERY replace at once. The only battery Andrew had in stock that would match my car was the top of the line $300 battery. Did he try to convince me to buy it? NO! He looked on his computer and told me that the $199 battery for my car was in stock at another AutoZone near by. He even called over there and told them to expect me and gave them the make, model, and year of my car to save time. This is service! The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I had to drive to another location to purchase a new battery. Not too long ago this battery would have cost $150, but I guess everything to do with car parts is going up in price during these trying times. Free testing and installation means AutoZone gets 4 stars, but Andrew gets 5!

I have had running boards put on my GMC Sierra truck by Arrow Toppers, as well as a new Century cap put on a 2024 Ford F-150 color matching. Today I had an older tonneau cover with lock problems and the mechanic was able to get the thing assembled and unstuck to work again, despite it being an older mechanical assembly, and did not charge me for the adjustments. The guys can't be beat for anything you need for your truck. I highly recommend without hesitation, without reservation. A+++

After some internet research I found only two major manufacturers produced one specific to my vehicle, Leer and ARE. Armed with a little information I visited Arrow Toppers and met with Jason there to see if I could put my eyes on actual products and discuss my options, He was friendly and very willing to show me his inventory and explain features along with discussing "pro's & con's" of the choices. He gave me some quotes and I left wanting some time to consider my options. Soon after I decided on the ARE CX Classic for my Gladiator in the OTR finish designed to blend with the Freedom Tops painted black on the Jeep. I ordered the topper from Jason with a quoted lead time of one to two months coming from Ohio. Sure enough at about 6 1/2 weeks it was in at Arrow and Jason called to schedule an "Install" appointment. I asked "how about today, how busy are you?"... Fortunately this Friday morning he had an opening and about an hour later I was backing in his shop. In about 30 minutes he was explaining a few operational guidelines including the tilt-in front window and I was soon on my way topped! I had personally checked with a few other local topper vendors and decided both ARE and Arrow were my choice - glad I did! I am very pleased with the service from Jason & staff @ Arrow Toppers and ARE. If considering a truck topper or many other accessories that they offer - I would both return to ARROW and I highly recommend them. Tonneau Covers, Side Steps, Lighting, hitch accessories and Bedrug's just to name a few things I had seen on display that they offer in the clean & neat shop area.

However, I recently bought a 2002 Jeep and for whatever reason, the thing did not have roof rack cross bars. So I logged onto LKQ's website, searched for my model, and boooyaa; it popped right up. 3 of them, pictures and all. I could see right from the pic that they had what I needed, and no call was necessary. 30 minutes and a $3 admission fee later, I was in the most well-organized auto junk yard I'd ever seen in my life. I used to hit Bearly Used and Copher's back in the day, and it was always a struggle to find what I needed. Not here though, I went right to the Chrysler section, and easily found what I needed. Pulled off the cross bars, paid $14 and I was gone with the wind! The staff was jovial, and it's only 30 minutes away, so I feel I will become very intimate with LKQ.

I dropped it off at Pep Boys in Pinellas Park and left. They said it would take about an hour and after about an hour I called them. They said my car was ready. I picked up my car and as I was driving home, I noticed that there was a loud noise and the care was pulling hard right. I had my husband drive it when I got home and he told me to take it back. After a second attempt (which I don't think they did) the car was still noisy and pulling hard right. When I complained about it they said that the front-end parts were put on wrong. When we got the car home for the second time my husband put it on stands and looked at it. The work was perfect He found that the loud noise was coming from the tires. They took my tires off but failed to tighten the lug nuts. We tightened those and the noise disappeared. Then we took the car to Tire Kingdom. We didn't tell them about our experience at Pep Boys; just asked for the alignment and take a look underneath to make sure everything was good. I got a call from them about two hours later. The was ready and tracking straight. The tech form Tire Kingdom compliment the front-end work say it was beautiful. I have since disputed the charges with corporate. They said that they received the rebuttal form the shop who stated the front-end was assembled wrong. Liars! Do Not Bring Your Car Here.
