He found a couple of options for us in store. The prices here were actually better than the place we got my last batter at (O'Reilly). Got a pretty decent warranty on the battery. He was not able to swap the battery out for us himself though, something about the store policy I guess. But he did lend us some tools for us to do this ourselves on the spot. Not the ideal way for me to spend my lunch break, but I am grateful they were able to provide fast and great service.

Second Staff member GERARD was so knowledgeable & had experience in installing the brake light, its a Ford Escape so its tricky to install. Even though it was just the Left brake light bulb that went out he replaced the right side to ! Over all exceptional Customer Service, Attentive, Knowledgeable. They went above & beyond ! And the great customer service continued from the phone to the in store interaction. Excellent team work. This was a really good experience for me. Especially what had happened at another competitors store. Which had customer service on point over the phone but the store interaction was not so great. But this autozone was on point and then some. Once I turned off the A/C and radio everything settled down and started working properly. My 2,000,000+ commercial miles of driving experience told me that I had a bad battery, alternator, or nasty electrical problem; possibly all three. I went to Autozone and Andrew tested my battery. The results came back; BAD BATTERY replace at once. The only battery Andrew had in stock that would match my car was the top of the line $300 battery. Did he try to convince me to buy it? NO! He looked on his computer and told me that the $199 battery for my car was in stock at another AutoZone near by. He even called over there and told them to expect me and gave them the make, model, and year of my car to save time. This is service! The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I had to drive to another location to purchase a new battery. Not too long ago this battery would have cost $150, but I guess everything to do with car parts is going up in price during these trying times. Free testing and installation means AutoZone gets 4 stars, but Andrew gets 5!
