They put a new hydraulic pump in, brake calipers (and even welded my frame at no additional cost). Jason did a superb job diagnosing and repairing the brake issue. Jason and Derek not only did quality work, their service and professionalism was fantastic. They made me feel like I was part of the Ferguson family. So crazy the first one breaks trying to put it on. Really? I have been replacing windshield wipers since like '96 never in my life have I been witness to wiper blades snapping off. Where the plastic clip is. OMG what if I did get them on. I could only image driving 88mph in the rain and the thing snaps off and drags metal across on windshield. Total junk parts they only seem to carry this house brand of wipers called TriCo. They also carried Bosch but IDK if it is just me but $22.50 and $25 per blade is crazy money for a small piece of rubber that's made out of recycled tires. I had to go back in a pay an extra $10 to get wipers that have a mount that looks like it will work correctly. I am keeping my fingers crossed on this one. What it really comes down to is service. This location does have some good service. They took the return on questions no hassle and even seemed to know this was a common issue with this part. LoL What is corporate doing? I remember a time when, if something had a 15% or higher return rate it would not be restocked. But I guess selling at this new 900% markup makes 40% return rate still profitable these days. But they don't consider how bad this is for capturing returning customers. To be completely honest if I was not able to buy online and pickup in store with my discounts I would not even shop here! Always order online and pick up a good coupon or ask to use an employee discount code.
